- He's a true free spirit, never settling in one place for too long. He travels the world and makes his living performing on the streets with that very same guitar and his talented pokemon.
- The stripe of snow white in his hair is due to a deadly zap he got from a wild Electrivire he tried to be friends with as a child. He almost died from it, and he's had heart complications since.
