1A: I may do art trades every so often, but otherwise no. Sorry!

2:- What programs do you use to draw/make this?
2A:- I usually always use Photoshop CS6 and Easy Paint Tool SAI. All pieces of art and pokemon/other anime styled characters I draw myself!
