Our rules do not permit having multiple accounts. Since your previous account hasn't been used for a while I assumed that you simply lost access to it and merged it into this one. In the future, try to use the password recovery option - or at the very least contact an administrator and ask for your accounts to be merged as soon as possible. Failure to do so may lead to your accounts being banned.
