I am a Dragon/birdlike white Pokémon with a powder blue belly. The spikes around my eyes, spikes on my tail, and back plates are deep royal blue. I have large, broad almost armlike wings. My calls are prettier than a Milotic's and I can telepathically speak to both Humans and Pokémon. My best friends are the fire type bird Ho-Oh (also my rival), and the bird trio, Ice type Articuno, Electric type Zapdos, and Fire type Moltres. I am 17' 01" tall and weigh 476.2 lbs. I spend most of my life underwater. If I flap my wings hard enough, I can create a 40 day storm!
