I'm not sure i know the definition of 'commonwealth' but i think it basically means a rich country. In that case, i AM from a commonwealth country but it's still spelled 'humor'

Ah, Commonwealth refers to counties which were a part of the territory of the British Empire. In which case they tend to use the UK English.
