I always instinctively call a certain anime character by their first name despite seemingly no-one I know one here even remembering their first name at all because they're such a minor character.

Mina Ashido?
Toru Hagakure?
Himiko Toga?

Mina isn't that much of a minor character, I never call Hagakure by her first name only and Himiko isn't that much of a minor character either sooo.... none of those

Denki Kaminari?
Rikido Sato?

I never call either of them by their first names either. Sato probably is a minor character but not as minor as the character I'm talking about.

He appeared in the anime, season two to be precise. Only Aria hasn't watched the anime and dropped in on the manga after that point so she doesn't know when he first appeared.
