Try to recover it by clicking 'forgot my password' when you log in.
If you can't recover it ask an admin to merge the two accounts.

When you log into your account (you need to log out for this) there is an option to click 'forgot your password'.
Click this and do what it tells you to.

I did that it said it sent me a email but uhh I didnt get one soo

I did it again it said email sent I checked my social folder there was no spam folder that I found soo and also no email
