I'm not sure about a spagetti one, but a competitive Tangela can use Sleep Powder, Solar Beam/Leaf Storm, Ancient Power, and a move of your choice.

I think that is either a Sylveon Exclusive, or possibly a move that can be taught to others BY Sylveon.

I assume a 'Spaghetti Tangela' would most likely have moves such as: Wrap, Astonish, Aromatherapy, Coil, Celebrate, Constrict or other things along those lines. But I have no idea, hah.
