It was Kronos who did that. Not Zeus. The only child Zeus had coming out of his head was Athena. And it was Hepheasteus who performed a surgery on him. Hera gave birth to Hepheasteus by simply willing him into existence. That's why he was so ugly

Do I look like I majored in Greek mythology? Because I didn't. There's actually multiple stories regarding how Kronos barfed up his children. But it's always Zeus that saves his siblings.

You could say you pulled a Saturn which is the Roman version of Kronos
