Cody was put in charge of training the new recruits, which were regular people. Not clones. Cody hated that position because he was a warrior, not a trainer. And he was racist. He found clones to be better suited for combat. He most likely died on Kamino. All clones were cast aside and forgotten

My favorite clone was Fives. I really like him in season 6.
