i would agree with @Special Riolu because if there is a very hard rain there is a chance that it will flood. but @Shauna23 it's still okay to love rain because sometimes rain helps me sleep better because when i sleep with no sound i dunno but if i sleep with sound it could sometimes make it better (sorry for this long comment)
