Yeah, I'm really from the Philippines.

Im on vacation with my family in NCR as you Filipinos call it and it seems like the rain only lasts for 4 minutes around 2-4 times a day. I mean I've watched and seen catastrophic events but this is just weird have you been having this around your region as well?
