I forgot to mention that the amulet has a connection to another item know as the burst seal that will increase the power and fusing to the max happens.

The burst seal is use for fusing and the amulet work for attack and abilities. When they are both use a special bond will happen with you and you pokemon making the form neo evolution.

This is a concept of my fanmade games and regions I had to reached a lot, the burst seal was inspired by the burst heart with is a comic of pokemon fusion and the amulet is more with the concept of mega evolution but different
