You need to train some more... With a lvl 64 Charizard and all else of my pokemon are lvl 53s, I can't even beat Green... so what I did is I bought lots of revives and full heals(Almost all my money) and I finally beat him... it was totally worth it. Trust me. Its not like you'll use that money anymore in the game...
