All of his crushes either end up dating someone, don't like him, or he just can't work up the courage to talk to them, and if they actually like him, they decide they would be better off as just friends and soon after they start dating someone, so poor Alpha is forever alone. And if someone has a crush on him, it just doesn't work out... And he has done tried to kill himself, so... Yeah...
