yea XD it's flippin' amazing XD but I do know a scientific way it can use Fly and how you can teach a Pokemon to use Fly XD do you want to hear it?

My curiosity is piqued...

Doduo and Dodrio are based off of a dodo bird, but with multiple heads. A dodo bird has vestigial wings that are too small to carry it, and the two Dodo-based birds have tiny wings hidden within its vast feathery body. A Doduo and Dodrio have 2 theories on how it can fly.

(btw there was a fossil of a Doduo someone drew, and it had wing bones XD)
1) They move their legs so fast that the wide talons catch the air particles and practically run on air and fly that way. (Fan-made theory)
My opinion: Only problem that they will need a running start and they won't be able to slow down or hover. I don't care how Stadium shows it XD They won't be able to use Fly as an attack effectively

2) Their wings gain the strength and ability to carry their bodies again, regaining their ancestor's mode of transportation.
My opinion: This would make the most sense (not because I made the theory up XD) because they do have wings. They are unusable and TMs/HMs can make a Pokemon learn the most unlikeliest of moves XD By giving them an organ or a special way of using the move.

That certainly does make more sense than could ever be made of a surfing or flying Pikachu! And more to be honest, than the original theory.
