Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
Controller-based for the most part, at least for the U (not sure about the Switch). Some things, like the bow and arrows, can be aimed by tilting the controls, but I think that can be toggled on and off if you prefer. I've been obsessed with it for about three weeks straight, and have barely scratched the surface of the story XD Absolutely worth the purchase several times over, in my opinion!
Skyrim's great fun, I only started playing it years after puchasing a special edition that came with all sorts of stuff. Had lots of funny moments in it, killed a husband in his sleep, wife woke up and simply said: "What a waste" which I assume to be random voiceline for a random NPC dying near her.
Another time I was sneaking around an area that gives you a quest, in the quest a man arrives to give you an item, tells you to keep it safe and runs off. After him another man comes to ask if I've seen the man who stole his item, before I could answer a pair of frost trolls comes out of nowhere and kills the man during our conversation! I'm in "sneak mode" still, so they won't notice me
the first guy then comes back to thank me, but before I get to ask him what's going on the frost trolls killed him off as well and I was just standing there, watching.
I highly recommend it! I didn't enjoy it as much before I realized how random things can happen in it. It has tons of replay value and the graphics are good as well, since they updated it in their remastered Special Edition. I've played the original game on Steam, but I guess buying the Remastered version on Switch would be worth it.
I'm so sad. I heard that all Pokemon games will be on consoles now instead of the 3DS. Now I already have to get another Nintendo gaming system....though maybe this is a good thing...?
Well, they have to keep updating their gaming systems. Nintendo 3DS has had its share of Pokémon games, just like DS before it. Switch also functions as a handheld console, so I'm aboard with it!
