Not to be rude, but Viktor had already left the residential area and had followed Jacques and his Scizor to the Wilds District. He had already left as soon as Simisear gathered his bearings. And, he's 6'05" XD If Simisear hopped on his back he could potentially reach his shoulder, but the closest he could get would be his lower back if he were on his tippy-toes.

Hey! Saw the mods took your post down right about the time I got interested! I get what they mean about the rules and what not. Anyway if you'd like to rp together I think you definitely have a great writing style and it would be lots of fun.
