    Pfft, No, of course not. While I'm not sure who the actual owner of Charms is, there are the Moderators, who in their own way are the owners of Charms :)

    Essentially, the owner of the site (in so much that he actually pays for the server hosting etc) is Doctor Oak. Teapot handles the coding and development front. And the rest of the admins and moderators keep the peace and make sure people follow the rules, or else.
