    So I looked it up, and it turns out Seastone is a really rare mineral, so it would make sense the Government would still have to conserve their supply of it. I doubt it'd be common enough to be a consistent problem for the DF users.

    Both accepted, but with Morgan, it seems there's a mix up with devil fruits. You seem to be describing the Mera Mera no Mi (Flame Flame Fruit) in her backstory and appearance, but you put down her devil fruit as Suna Suna no Mi (Sand Sand Fruit).
