Yikes. I'm not sure what we can do about that Android date issue – I've never had any reports of it from anyone else, so I wonder if it's just your tablet? Also, you haven't mentioned any of your issues with WP?
If someone regrets their name change, staff can reverse it – but obviously we'd rather you think seriously about your new choice of name before committing to it. As for forgetting their name – well, being able to change your name more often would make that problem much worse, not better. If...
Either way, let me know if you have any trouble with changing your password or otherwise securing your account. Remember, you're responsible for your account – if your friend breaks in and gets you a warning, that warning will stay.
@Cerol47103 I'd look up a password manager like LastPass if you have trouble remembering your passwords. You absolutely should be using unique passwords per website, and a password manager will help you generate and manage them – it means you only have to remember one password, not dozens.
@AspenTR33 As far as I'm concerned, you shouldn't be changing your name that often at all – if you feel the need to change it more than once every three months, you should probably be taking more care in what name you choose.
@AspenTR33 To prevent people changing their names too often – some people are prone to wanting to change their names every week, and if they did we'd quickly lose track of who was who.
@Cerol47103 Change your password. Changing your username isn't nearly enough – he could just look at your profile to see your new name. You should also enable two-step verification, if you can.
