    I'd prefer you stick to canon Pokemon, but I'll allow fakemon depending on whether I see them as OP or not. As for the second question, I'd prefer you make a trainer, more specifically a Team Rocket member, but you can make a Pokemon character, or a trainer who fights against Team Rocket
