    Seems they have. Of course, I don't have Ranger 2, but meh. Riolu and Manaphy can also be obtained through them, so my assumption is that the other remaining missions will also give Pokemon to import over to Sinnoh. And you have till after Christmas still Alex. You've got some time at least.
