    I vote keep Espeon. She's adorable. I say leave out Jolteon, Eevee and Sylveon. Jolteon I don't like because of its design and abilities, Eevee because it's the weakest, and Sylveon because Fairies are weak to more than they are strong to (I'm pretty sure.)
