    Someone to remaster my old Pokemon concept

    Yeah, I know, it's awful. But someone with enough talent and imagination should be able to "remaster" it. It was supposed to be Ghost/Ice type, but whatever floats your boat. Ice on shoulders might as well be crystals, making it Ghost/Rock.
