I have a few questions:
1. Are there TMs, like in the real Mystery Dungeon?
2. Does evolution require a special location, like in the real Mystery Dungeon?

You can actually trace Psy's family tree due to Egg Moves.
His parents are an Alakazam and Machamp, and his grandparents are Alakazam, an unknown Pokémon, Machamp, and either Hitmonchan or Medicham.
Psy wandered(more like Teleported) into Creek Village, exhausted, and with several battle wounds that appeared to have come from a Ball move, such as Energy or Shadow Ball. He then promptly collapsed on the ground.
