Um, Linkachu, I think he was asking why his Torchic and Combusken evolved a level early. (He said 15 for combusken and 35 for Blaiziken) But for all I know, he evolves at those levels, I picked Mudkip. For the most part thugh they evolve at 16 then 36 not 15 and 35.
You shouldn't use your master ball on Mesprit or Crsselia. You should encounter them and weaken them. Then encounter them again and their life will be the same as when you weakened it. Then use a quick ball. I caught both Mesprit and Cresselia with one quick ball.
There's a glitch to duplicate pokemon. I'll edit this with a link to a video and I'll personally give you the steps.
