    Wow, I didn't notice that castle in the corner... My guess is the location of the League Champion/Elite Four.

    Well there was that one gameplay video showing the vertical street with the businesspeople moving hurriedly up and down it. That, to me, doesn't represent New York specifically, or really the USA. If anything it reminds me of some of the streets in Tokyo.
