    Top bar not falling down

    Ok I notice that the top where it says menu Don't follow the screen when you look the page (I am on a iPad this could be fixed I don't know) (Here's an example) I remember it the top menu following the screen, I don't know if this is a bug or it's my iPad. Anyway I just wanted a opinion.
