DPPt/HGSS A good moveset for Cresslia and Steelix

I caught that cursed Pokemon Cresslia only to find...tada it has a crappy moveset. :p Steelix is okay. Steelix was caught at a Lv.54...

I dont know for Cresselia but here is a moveset for steelix

Impish Nature (Adamant works too)
Holding: Leftovers

Toxic
Protect
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Just watch out for Fire attacks since steelix has poor Special Def.
