Welcome to ANOTHER superpower school, but I've put my own spin on it. It's going to be a college instead of a high school, since super heroes is a profession you take a special college course for. The place is called Reskin University, Resk U for short. You can enter the way you enter normal colleges, and let's keep the cast on the younger side. We're supposed to be heroes, so violent action against property (that isn't battle made) or people (that aren't battle ready) is a good way to get expelled. So don't do it. Romance, violence and cursing are allowed. 2 characters max. Bio Time.

Costume Appearance and Features: the same except for the brown cashmere sweater with shoulder pads instead of the normal jacket he wears

Personality: Thomas is a person that is greatly swayed by their mood. When in a good mood they're friendly and energetic, filled to the brim with positive energies and kindness. If they're in a bad mood than it's the exact opposite, Thomas becoming irritable and mardy, wanting only to be left alone. He's a rather emotional person with a wide emotional range, partly due to his power.
Appearance: A brown mop of hair rests on his head, going down to his ears which are catlike in appearance. That's not his only feline feature as a tail protrudes from his lower spine and his eyes are amber with pupils that acts much like that of a cat's. Other than that he looks like a normal college teen, standing at 5'10 with a healthy build. His complexion is a clear and soft one, there being no wrinkles on his face. Typically he wears rather baggy clothes such as hoodies, joggers, jeans and jumpers.
Costume Appearance and Features: Black trainers, jogging bottoms and a black hoodie with a mask that covers his entire face except his eyes. It doesn't have any other features
Powers: Thomas essentially has the powers of a house cat. Enhanced hearing, sight and smell makes him very perceptive and his increased reaction time, agility and speed compliment his buffed senses. With more focus he can call upon traits from big cats like the speed of a cheetah or the strength of a tiger. These will mildly change his appearance and body but not permanently. He can change his finger nails into claws should he need too.
Other: His power can affect his behaviour. His attention can easily be grabbed by small moving objects or a laser pen and catnip is something he enjoys even though he probably shouldn't. Due to his cat like features he can be very emotive and easy to read.

Costume Appearance and Features: His costume is a black and green overcoat, no shirt, black trousers, black boots, black gloves and a black motorcycle helmet.
Powers/Gadgets: Chain Summoning - He can summon two types of spectral-looking chains from anywhere. He can summon two types, purple and green. The purple chains are slow but strong, they can smash through nearly anything and can cause heavy damage. The green chains are lighter and fast, they can be used as restraints or as a means of transportation (similar to Spider-Man's webs).

Personality: Sweet and kind, she has a bubbly and energetic personality and is always up for making friends, she gets along with almost anyone and loves anything shiny and sparkly.
Appearance: 5'6" with a slender but mature body type. She has blonde hair and blonde furred rabbit ears as well as bright green feline eyes. She also has a rabbit tail that doesn't provide any powers it's just kind of there. She wears grey leggings under a purple miniskirt, a black crop top under a baggy near see-through white t-shirt, white shoes and glasses (she doesn't need her glasses at night).
Costume Appearance and Features: Her costume consists of a skin tight black body suit, grey boots, grey fingerless gloves and a dark red crop top length leather jacket.

Personality: Oliver is a calm and friendly individual, he doesn't always view himself as smart and sometimes blames himself if things go bad. This is mainly to help hide his inner violent tendencies and cruelty which show whenever he gets angered. He has a love for cute things and a strong hatred for defeat or failure, mainly his own.
Appearance: Oliver stands at 5'11" with Fair skin, smooth and short Brown hair with a small single bang between his bright Blue eyes and a slim body build. His normal attire consists of a dark Blue zip up hoodie under a sleeveless Black jacket, dark Olive jeans and Black sneakers.
Costume Appearance and Features: His hero costume is something few people might call "dramatic." He wears a Black shirt and pants with Silver metallic armor plates on his chest and back with Silver metal boots, gauntlets and a helmet that covers all except the eyes. Above all this, he wears an ankle long royal Purple coat with a frayed tail, Silver shoulder pads and a large Black feather mane.
Powers/Gadgets: Gravity manipulation - Oliver's brain can willingly emit a strong magnetic wave that can affect the gravity of himself or anything around him. This gives Oliver many different possibilities; he can lower gravity around himself or anyone to levitate them or increase it to make them really heavy, he can change his gravitational pull to safely walk on walls or ceilings or create a special gravitational field around himself to let things orbit around him or "fall" away from him, making the ground seem like the vertical side of a cliff.
The setback with this power is that his range is limited, only able to use his powers on things within 20 meters of himself and there is a certain weight limit he can freely manipulate. He can also manipulate the gravitational pull of only several things at a time, any more than any of these things alongside a long use of this power will make Oliver prone to splitting headaches and may even pass out if he uses this power recklessly.
While he does train to improve his body and skills, he still has the same weaknesses as any other human.
Other: He was born to a single mother and no recollection of his father, his only potential hint being the powers he has.

Personality: Lauren is possibly the most boring person on earth. Her single-track mind is focused on one thing, improving. She's had an obsession with heroes since she was very young, and it's just about the only thing that goes through her mind. She's not much fond of thinking ahead, but her instincts in combat are so well honed that she doesn't much need to. Outside of training, Lauren is a pretty shallow character- she is straight forward and blunt, and jokes fly right over her head. She seems like the studious type based off of how quiet she is in class, but her head is actually rather empty and she had trouble relating to anything besides hero work.
Appearance: Lauren's slender body is mature and her expression serious, making her seem much older than she actually is. She has long legs and holds herself gracefully. Lauren's skin is a rich caramel color, with the occasional freckle marking her limbs, most particularly the freckle below her left eyes acting as a beauty mark. Lauren's face is rather long, her eyes are tired and lips often pursed in thought. She sports arched eyebrows shadowing honey-brown eyes that are soft against the rest of her dark features, and thick eyelashes. Lauren's hair is jet black and plentiful, falling in thick curls around her waist when not tied up.
Costume Appearance and Features: Lauren's costume consists of a skin-tight, white spandex body suit, it covers everything up beside her feet, hands, and face above her chin. The costume's fabric is specifically made to tear when her limbs detach. She pairs the suit with black combat boots, a thin black hooded jacket with brown fur trim, and a thick black leather belt around her waist. When in costume, her hair is pulled back into a high ponytail.
Powers/Gadgets: Detachable Limbs- Lauren can detach and reattach any of limbs at her will. She can only detach at limbs at the joins, meaning fingers, knuckles, wrists, elbows, shoulder, hips, knees, ankles, and toes. When detached, Lauren can manipulate and move her limbs within a certain range from her, currently about a 30 foot radius.
Other: Lauren has pretty much 0 life outside of heroing

Personality: Erik is, in some ways, rather immature. He likes being the center of attention, and an inability to sit still for too long makes it easy for him to do so. He's a typically happy character, looking on the bright side and staying positive even during hardships. He's unfortunately tenacious, harboring a stubbornness that's possibly more dangerous to him than beneficial. Erik is very playful, having trouble keeping a straight face or taking things seriously. He's also extremely competitive, always looking to compare himself to others and turn things into little games of competition. Aside from his childish nature, Erik is a sensitive individual when it comes to being critiqued. He doesn't like others analyzing him or his choices, often just getting flustered or upset by comment towards his character.
Appearance: Erik's body is lithe, despite him working out on a daily basis. He has neither the benefit of bulging arms nor long legs, managing to just be rather small. He stands at 5'7 with a fair complexion beside the darker freckles that spot his cheeks. Erik sports a rather youthful expression, with a bright eyes and a playful smile. Erik's eyes are a greenish color, forest green on the outside that gradually fades to a more hazel shade towards the pupil, and they have a certain competitive spark to them whenever he gets excited. Erik's stringy blonde hair is cut fairly close to his head while his curtain-style bangs hang over his eyes.
Costume Appearance and Features: Erik's costume is made up of mostly bare skin- specific costumes had restricted certain quirks in the past, so he's tones down his costume more since he first designed it. He wears thin, all black sneakers and baggy black harem pants. His chest remains bare except for a harness-type of device that wraps around his shoulders and just under his chest, it's designed to carry his stun grenades, with 3 on each strap.
Powers/Gadgets: Power Stealing- Hence the name, Erik can take and use any other person's powers so long as he has seen the ability being used within the last 2 hours. He has a two hour time limit the first time he sees an ability, the more time he uses watching or experiencing the power, the longer he can go without having to see it and the better he can wield it, for example since he spends all day with his older sister he can almost use her ability as if it was his own- granted her ability is simply speed reading. He can wield multiple abilities at once, but the more he has the harder it is for him to use each one. He also can't copy an ability he doesn't understand.

Costume Appearance and Features: A grey carbon-fiber bulletproof suit.
Powers/Gadgets: Flight, telepathic communication with all waterfowl, flapping motion can cause strong wind, invisible skin-tight field that is a near frictionless shield liquids, gases, and plasma, but cushions physical damage, powers and physical capability (strength/speed) strengthen the tougher the enemy

Personality: He is quite energetic and happy go lucky. He likes to do exciting things even if they are dangerous or scary. He really likes to fight and is the only thing he really cares about but he will always try to save people and in most cases is his main priority is saving people and keeping people safe. When he was 7 was the son of a massive crime family after a bust he was arrested his cas was discovered by a hero who reviewed his case and made him promise to become a hero and make up for all the evil his family did. He did and was then adopted by that Hero later.
Appearance: Sylas has gelled back silver hair. He has a lean build his face is quite angular with a long nose and blue eyes. He usually wears shirts for bands he likes, and tracksuit pants.
Costume Appearance and Features: He wears a skin tight black and gold costume. He wears a mask which covers his whole face it has goggles and a mask which covers his mask which he can use to breathe from when he needs to go fast. The costume is also very heat resistant and stretchable. The costume includes a belt with 2 pouches. The costume also has extremely cushioned gloves to to avoid Sylas from breaking his fingers and also so Sylas is more likely to knockout a opponent instead of killing them.
Powers/Gadgets:
Kinetic energy manipulation whatever Sylas touches has an increase in kinetic energy the more he touches something the faster it is to maintain the speed he has to close his fists conversely if touches something and leaves his hands open it can cause it to freeze although he can increase the speed he has to consume enough food to have energy.
Roller skates which when Sylas taps his heels the wheels spring out. He also has around 50 light metal balls which are kept into two pouches on his costume 25 of the balls are just normal hard metal balls, the other half is metal balls coated in rubber so they bounce of surfaces, Sylas is incredibly accurate with these balls he uses his power on them to bullets which he shoots from his hands.

Appearance:
Kiara appears to be a relatively normal human. She has muted teal hair and light grey eyes, and a very pale complexion. She usually wears a grey bow in her hair. She normally wears a school-uniform esque outfit, with a sleeveless collared shirt and a pleated skirt.
Costume Appearance and Features:
Kiara is rarely ever seen in her costume, as she's normally Transfigured when on duty. However, when she's in her human form, she wears a light grey leotard-style dress, white tights, and chrome-plated boots. She also wears a silver belt, and a visor over her eyes with a transparent blue screen.
Powers/Gadgets:
- Transfigure: Kiara's primary power is a mainly defensive one. She is capable of transforming herself, others, or objects into other things. Though it seems almost limitless, it has various drawbacks. She cannot transform a sapient being who is not willing to be transformed unless she focuses all her power onto it. She cannot transform more than three beings or objects at once. If she isn't focused while transforming, she can get stuck between beings, resulting in her becoming a strange mutant. Finally, she cannot completely disguise herself, because anything she transforms into has her striking grey eyes and a glowing blue crest on its forehead, consisting of a crescent moon with a lightning bolt in the curve.
- Electrokinesis: As her transfiguration has little offensive capabilities, Kiara is also capable of wielding electricity. She can shock herself if she wields too much at once. Additionally, she can also transform herself into electricity or possess technology, when combining her Transfigure and Electrokinesis.
- Various Gadgets: Kiara has various small pieces of technology, as she is a technological genius. Though most are simple devices to make her life easier, she does have some that are offensively and defensively capable. However, she isn't perfect, and many of the more complex ones have drawbacks. She also has issues using them when Transfigured, as they are built to recognize her and her only.

Flight: With her wings, she can fly, but there is a limit to the Altitude, she hasn't figured that out yet.
Enhanced Endurance: Due to her Angelic bloodline, she can take hits most people often can't.
Other: She is half Angel, and her Grandfather is The Angel of Destruction, Azrael.

Appearance: Long, straight black hair, silver eyes, stands five foot eight, with a voluptuous frame, she has black wings about sixteen feet long. She commonly wears a mix of different clothes, usually some sort of sweatshirt involved.
Power: Enhanced Durability: Allie, Much like Ariana, can take hits most can't. There is a limit to how much she can take.
Flight: Much like Ariana, she can fly, with an unknown altitude limit.
Sense of Life: Being the granddaughter of the Angel of Destruction, she can see life energy in someone, she has to Intently focus on someone, limit one target now, but eventually three will be her limit.
Other: She is a Half Angel, her maternal grandfather is Azrael, The Angel of Destruction, and has advanced Martial arts training.
