DPPt/HGSS A quick question about Vaporeon

Well, first off I want to ask if it was even possible to teach an Eevee Curse in D/P or FR/LG. If so, then I want to pitch this moveset for an annoyer Vaporeon that I am currently training. I just got attracted to the prospect of a Vaporeon so I wanted to utilize it to it's potential.

And I'm up for a lot of breeding if I have to ;)

252 S. Def, 129 Def. 129 HP (Not too good with IV's either. Help?)
- Curse
- Return (maybe)
- Rest
- ?

I was thinking, IF it was possible to get a Curse on a Vaporeon, I would Curse up until it's defense was high enough to take a lot of hits and then rest off the damage. After that, I am lost. I'm pretty sure this isn't standard though. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The simplest way to get Curse is to get a Torkoal to lvl up till it learns it. Then Breed it with a female Bold (thats the best nature for a defensive Vap set in my opinion.) Eevee. Don't forget your everstone :D

As for your moveset I wouldnt call it an annoyer but a wall. I know you boost your attack with curse but it starts off too low in anycase. I would still use Surf in place of Return. I usually use Wish/Protect for healing but if you want to stick with rest I would go with Toxic for the last moveslot. Makes your vappy an annoyer as intended.

The only reason why I put Rest over Wish is that I didn't think it was possible to have both Curse and Rest on the same Eevee.

So, the moveset would end up

- Curse
- Wish
- Surf
- Toxic (if I remember correctly?)

The toxic was if you kept rest. And you can have surf/curse/Protect/wish and its also possible to have curse/rest/surf/toxic on a Vaporeon.
