DPPt/HGSS Battle tower team ideas

I'll just keep this post/question simple.

Will somone help give me some ides of pokemon to use in Battle tower with according movesets?

Note:I honestly just care about those 2 things mainly. Items you can list as well, nature I don't really care about...but maybe tell me which nature to avoid?

Not here, not in my Clinic. People use different Pokemon because of their personality. You choose your Pokemon by yourself, we just comment and help. We don't choose the Pokemon for you. Thank-You. That is all.
