Best place for HP and DEF EV Training??

I'm currently training my Lickilicky at the base of Stark MT, err... the place where the old lady in the house keeps wanting to heal you like in RSE, if you don't know. Anyways the frequent lv.55 Rhydon there give DEF EV's and I think the camerupts give DEF and or SP.ATK too.
My question is do you no else where I can get good DEF EVs, like 2?
