Yes I'm reviving this rp, this world was so well built I feel bad for letting it die. So here we go, time for take 2!



Every kid has that one job they want when they're older, but in Derigon the most wanted (also the most dangerous) job is a Kawon. These warriors aren't just skilled in weapons, they have the world's most dangerous creature to help them out. These warriors are so important they only serve under the lords and occasionally the emperor himself. The year is 1481 and Derigon is protected by samurai and dragons. But legends are not born, they're made. All Kawon learn and train at the Derigon no gakko or the school of dragons. Not only does this school teach you how to become a Kawon but it also teaches you how to become a samurai. A proud warrior, this is the aspiration of many yet so few get to live out that dream.

Dragons, Yokai and other beastly creatures inhabit this world. Yokai can be viewed as pest or sometimes helpful spirits. This has led to a small division being created to help manage Yokai, often known for being a smaller branch of the Kawon, these guys exterminate troublesome Yokai. Though that's all boring compared to the real deal, Kawon who go out into battle to protect the lands of Derigon.

But now let's move away from Yokai and move to the Kawon's greatest weapon and friend. Dragons inhabit this world, from the very common eastern dragons to the uncommon wyverns to the rare western dragons. However those few dragons that make a bond with humans are not only strong but rare. For the lucky minority who can tame dragons, they are called Kawons. These warriors are quite literally connected to their dragons. The only issue is that it is almost impossible to tell if someone is able to be a dragon rider unless they try. This often leads to high death tolls.

But Derigon is not the only place with dragons, Ferangal (Hikei to Derigon). This nation is a lot more different than Derigon, they hunt dragons out of fear. This has led to cold blood between the two nations, with their relationship slowly going downhill ever since the mysterious sinkings of Ferangal's trading ships. Many speculate this is a declaration for war while others think this must be a coincidence. The tensions are starting to rise, if a war were to break out... it would be catastrophic. Derigon were never a fan of Ferangal. To them, they disliked Ferangal. Their irrational fear of dragons, their actions that fear leads them to. Many people from Derigon dislike Ferangal, but some are less cold hearted towards them. Some would compare Ferangal to be Derigon's perfect counter part, from their beliefs to even the fact that they replace dragon in their armies with Gryphons, Unicorns, Hippogrifs and pegasi.

You are the child of a samurai( or Kawon), and when you find a notice on the town's notice board about the next entrance exam for the School of dragons, you know you have to join (or die trying).

Name: Tensai Masamoto

Gender: Male

Appearance: Tensai is a tall slightly tanned boy. Standing in at 5'9, he weighs around 120lbs, with black hair tied into a top knot while possessing dark brown eyes. He wears a black montsuki, with a phoenix for a kamon. On Tensia back he has a large lightning shaped scar running down his arm, to most it is unknown how he had managed to get such a grizzly mark. He has two tantos around his waist, with a wooden bow and arrow on his back.

Personality: He is very aggressive and hostile towards most people, but the one thing he hates more than anything are Feranglians. He views them as weak cowards. He believes that he has a lot of responsibility to carry and he wouldn't be wrong. He is living in his brother's shadow, often becoming defensive when he is criticised. But he has a deep love for dragons, and archery.

Weapon: Two Tantos and a bow and arrow, finished off with two bolas.

Backstory: Tensai was born into a very high status family, near the ocean, with his mum being a samurai and his dad being a Kawon and the Founder of the School of Dragons. Already this started his life wit high expectations. Yet to make it worse, his older brother was a well known Kawon, known for his skill with a sword and his bond with his fire dragon. This always meant from a young age, Tensai was inside his brother's shadow. He was always chasing after him trying to be as good as, if not better, than him. Though he had a slight disliking for his brother, it didn't mean he admired him any less. When his brother came back from a mission, he always had a gift ready for Tensai. These gifts were always things Tensai held dear. Even now if you were to go into his room, you'd see all the gifts he's kept in a small shrine. When he was little, Tensai and his brother went to the beach for Tensai used to love helping with fishing. Tensai used to fish with his bow and arrow, shooting arrows into the water and reeling the fish in. Though it was during one of these instances, did Tensai get attacked by a jelly fish monster. This left him weak for years, and left him with that scar on his arm. Now remember when I mentioned Tensai having a shrine of his brother's gifts to him? Well that's because a while after Tensai got well, his brother had died. Killed by members of Ferangal as he was told. The news left him empty, now he has to carry the weight of all these expectations to bring honour to his family.

Name: Denki

Gender: Female

Race: Wyvern

Element: Lightning

Link abilities: When Tensai is near her, she can power up his weapons with lightning to make them stronger. When Tensai is riding her she can also turn into lightning for a quick escape or for a speed boost.

Appearance: When fully grown she is 15ft tall and 20ft long and a 25ft wingspan. Her body resembles coarse rocks with cracks around her body. Her eyes are electric blue, with crimson pupils. Her spines run down from her head to her tail and rise up when she feels threatened. Her wings are large and leathery and her tail is thin and pointed. When she is charging up for a breathe attack, the cracks in her body glow bright blue.

Personality: Denki is a playful and hyperactive wyvern, she normally rides on Tensai's shoulder. to those she doesn't know she will try to be as social to them as personal, she is the literal opposite of Tensai. But that doesn't mean she doesn't love him.

Name: Elwisia Gwarn
Gender: Female
Appearance: Elwisia is small girl with light brown hair. She is clearly Faragalian, having lighter skin then most people there. Her eyes are cloudy blue, like a cloudy night over the sea. She prefers to wear cloth outfits and seems to make her own clothing, wanting to remind herself of her homeland.
Personality: Elwisia is a quiet girl, though intelligent. She seems to be very self-conscious of her past as a Faragalian shipwrecked on Derigon's shores. However, she is only this submissive because her adoptive parents told her to be to stay safe. In reality, she is pretty opinionated and is very talkative, willing to do almost anything to get her way.
Weapon: She is trained in the Faragalian shortsword, but lost hers in the storm that shipwreck her boat. Now she only has a dagger.
Backstory: Elwisia came from a powerful merchant clan in one of the Faragalian kingdoms. One day, when she was studying her parents' trade on a ship to another country, her boat sank in a powerful storm and she washed up upon the Derigon shores. She was adopted by a samurai, who boasted he could tame such a savage. They pitied her, as she lost everything, but they were still harsh. She was allowed to make her own clothing, as it was a comfort for her, but everything else was regulated by them. They told her she was going to become a Kawon or die trying.

Name: Dafydd
Gender: Male
Race: Western Dragon (four legs, two wings)
Element: Fire
Link abilities: He is completely lava-proof. And fire proof. And heat proof. Other than that, he has the basic fire-breath. But it can sometimes be blue (hotter flames).
Appearance: Dafydd has deep red scales and a darker red underbelly, spine, and wing membrane. His spine has crescents running down it and his tail ended in a larger and thicker crescent. His talons and horns are black and his horns reach behind his head and curls upward at a very slight angle.
Personality: Dafydd is a curious creature, quite gluttonous too. He also likes shiny objects, like the rest of his species, and often 'borrows' the items without permission. He also is pretty friendly, though he prefers being around Elwisia, dispite her fear of dragons.

Name: Yumi Asakusa
Gender: female
Appearance: Yumi stands at 5'6. She poses hazel eyes and shoulder-length black hair with a clover-shaped hairpin. Her attire is a variant of miko outfit, slightly changed in color, it consists of a white haori (kimono jacket) and black hakama decorated with various flower patterns.
Personality: Yumi is a cynical and ambitious person with some taste in dark humor, especially when it includes herself. She likes to rile up people by teasing them.
Weapon: a bamboo staff and yumi bow
Backstory:
Yumi is the illegitimate child of a well-known kawon with a ferangalian, but that is supposed to be a secret. She's not allowed to speak about that and is even using surname given by the shrine instead. To the outsiders, she would simply looks like a regular orphaned half-ferangalian child living her life as a miko. However, Yumi wasn't satisfied with it so she worked hard and managed to convince the head miko to let her take a shot at the next exam for School of Dragon. Success or die trying, her first and maybe final gamble at life.

Name: Gedomaru
Gender: male
Race: wyrm
Element: darkness
Link abilities: Gedomaru can turns into shadow to avoid physical interaction and travels quickly, he can also bring Yumi along but only for a short time since shadow travel for human would work similarly to diving. He can release a foul miasma that weaken anyone caught within it.
Appearance: Gedomaru is a long serpentine pitch black dragon with trails of black mist seemingly always following him. His body is overall very smooth and glossy, making him looks like giant leech. His wings are disproportionally small and it is obvious he doesn't actually use it to fly, he simply fly as if gravity doesn't work on him, just like oriental dragon. He poses four small legs that he rarely use, his mouth is made of layers of circular maw full of sharp teeth and the number and position of eyes on his body varied depending on his mood.
Personality: Gedomaru is an aggresive and territorial dragon, though he will only attack when Yumi allowed to do so. He likes to either blend in with Yumi's shadow or crams himself into tight spaces like a cat.

Name: Kohei Toriyama

Gender: Male

Apperance: Kohei has short curly green hair, green eyes and is about 5’6 in height, a small cut on his cheek He has has slightly muscular build. He normally where’s a kimono with a dragon design on it, boots and fingerless gloves.

Personality: Kohei is normally calm and collected during battle outside however he can be pretty chill and funny he’s kind to people is good with kids and is always willing to help his elders. During battle he never backs down and he will never run from his opponent unless it’s to find their weak point or to stall for time.

Weapons: Kohei uses two katana’s one that is regular blade and another one that has a much darker color. He calls the regular mokai and the second tenkai.

Backstory: Kohei was born the son of a well known swordsmen known as itadori Toriyama who taught him how to use a sword and how to treat others with respect. Kohei trained with his father for most of his life but he felt using one sword was kind of lame which is why he started using two swords,( or 2SS for short) it took him a while but he finally perfected it and beat his father in a duel to which he proclaimed to finally be stronger then him. His father then told him about Kawon’s and that he used to be one and that he was waiting for Kohei to beat him to send him off to learn and grow as a swordsmen and as a person.

Name: Hariken

Gender: Male

Race: European Dragon

Element: Wind/Hurricane

Link Abilities: Huriken spreads wind on Kohei’s katanas which allows him to make king ranged attacks and he also give him the ability to walk on the air which is simply called sky walk. He can also shapeshift but it’s only ever used if it’s for close combat purposes.

Apperance: Huriken is a pretty average size for a dragon it’s scales are white and it’s claws are black and it’s eyes are a glowing obsidian.

Personality: Huriken is polite, shy, loyal and friendly to those it meets he also thinks of Kohei as a older brother and will always have his back and is easily impressed by the smallest things and loves being complimented.

Character sheet-
Name: Luzen Akarui
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hard training certainly took it's toll, giving Luzen a decently build body alongside some scars and tanned skin. He has black hair and matching eyes. Wears a simple gray tunic, brown trousers, and black boots.
Personality: Luzen is a man of action, commitment, and sheer fucking adrenaline. He's an adventurer at heart, and has a habit of putting himself in danger for the sheer fun of it. Still, he's no idiot. Just impulsive....and shortsighted....and hardheaded...well he's kinda dense.
Luckily his sister curbs his wild side by quite a lot, turning a jolly, carefree individual to a jumpy, protective brother.
Weapon: A massive claymore that certainly seems to weigh quite a bit.
Backstory: Luzen lives for the Kawon life. Even as a kid, the idea of fighting alongside a dragon friend sounded utterly amazing. He trained under his father, who was an experienced Kawon, gaining the skill necessary to achieve his goal. He was rather shut off from the world, but no one could deny his determination to win.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Sheen
Gender: Male
Race: Quetzalcoatl
Element: Light
Link abilities: Shen can absorb and release light as blasts of energy, and reflect it to essentially disappear from view. When close by, both Sheen's feathers and Luzen's claymore take reflective qualities, able to rebound most energies.
Appearance: Lacks both forelegs and hind legs, making Sheen rather snakelike. He has two decently large feathery wings on the base of his....neck? tail? The wings appear translucent, and two more are growing a little below, evidenced by the raggedy pinfeathers. He also appears to be growing a crown/crest of feathers on his noggin.
Sheen's scales are typically a dull white with a light yellow underbelly., although they shine multiple colors depending on how the light hits. His eyes seem to change with emotion, with neutral being black. Interestingly, this is the same tone as Luzen
Personality: Energetic and excitable, Sheen doesn't always act his age. He can be rather childlike and naive, and is especially adverse to violence, which isn't helped by Luzen's habit of babying him. Despite this, he's loyal to his partner and will defend him as best as he can.

Character sheet-
Name: Dessi Akarui (Initial last name: Belle)
Gender: Female
Appearance: She can almost pass of as biological siblings with Luzen. She's slightly lighter and shares the black hair. However, her eyes are green. She wears a short skirted yellow and white kirtle, with modesty shorts under (Luzen's insistent defense against the pervs).
Personality: Chipper and innocent, Dessi is extroverted and friendly, to the point of being naive and ditzy. She can get rather irritated with her brother's protectiveness, uncaring about her faragalian decent, and often acts bratty with him, but ultimately has a great relationship with her brother, and they clearly care for each other. She does have a habit of wandering off on her own, however, scaring him half to death,
She loves to sing, and is rather good at it.
Weapon: None, although her voice can get nasty if she tries. Dessi has moderate self defense training thanks to her brother's insistence, but can hardly hold her own.
Backstory:
Luzen's father actually doesn't hate faragalians. In fact, one of his closest friends is one. They disagreed with each other's perspective of dragons, but simply agreed to disagree. The friend had a child, and had plans to move to Derigon, after a lot of convincing from Luzen's dad. His people, however, considered him a traitor, some going so far as to attack him. He managed to make it, but was severely injured. Left with no choice, he left Dessi to Sam's father, hoping for him to raise her as her own. She's basically Sam's adoptive sister.
It's unknown whether her biological father is alive or not.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Sonia
Gender: Female
Race: Western Dragon
Element: Sound
Link abilities: Sonia can imitate and identify any sound. When close by to Dessi, their link allows their voices to be insanely powerful, to the point of shattering rock. They're a dangerous duo, but overuse of this can lead to a killer throat or voice loss.
Appearance: Typically for a dragon, being quadrupedal and with two large wings on her back. She's dark gray scaled and has a lighter gray underbelly. Her eyes are a sharp emerald.
Personality: Just as friendly as her owner, though she's blessed with a smidgeon more intellect, giving her a calm, sage vibe. Though there's a hidden bratty side to her.
She can actually speak human, but her grasp on the language is rocky at best. Interestingly, she sounds similar to Dessi.

Name: Elliana “Elle” Kiwatatsu
Gender: Female

Appearance: Elle is pale, with light strawberry-blonde hair that always seems to be a mess. It hangs just past shoulder length, and is usually secured in a short ponytail towards her left side. Her bangs obscure her nearly-blind right eye and the scar that slashes it. Her eyes are a vibrant purple flecked with bits of green and gold, and a few scarce freckles stand out like pinpricks against her porcelain cheeks.

Her frame would be one classified as childish if it weren’t for the defined muscles lacing her arms and legs, and almost complete lack of body fat. Elle stands at approximately 5’3” and is rather underdeveloped in terms of feminine shape. She wears a loose black top reminiscent of a gi top, secured with purple laces, over a pair of shorts. Crisscrossing athletic tape binds her ankles under sandals that are like flip flops with an extra strap that holds it to her ankle.

Personality: Elle is playful and loves to mess with people using pranks, but subscribes to the philosophy “everything in moderation.” She has extreme self-control and caution… and rarely ever gets caught playing pranks unless she wants to be. Being unable to feel pain or fatigue, it was always nearly impossible to tell when to stop doing something, and Elle would often collapse from muscle overuse without feeling a thing, merely be unable to get up, or pass out when she sees a third-degree burn she didn’t know was there a moment ago after brushing against a flame.

As such, she has learned her own body inside and out, tested her limits and broken them occasionally. But being mostly unable to feel soft touches due to her neuropathy (specifically CIPA) has left her often craving the touch of another, or wondering what exactly “pain” is like.

Weapon: A machete and a dagger, used in skillful synchronization in a style known as “espada e daga” (literally meaning, shortsword and dagger, look it up it’s hella dope)

Backstory: Elle grew up in a large family on the rural outskirts of Derigon. She was the second youngest of thirteen children, of which a total of two were girls. The oldest, Elle’s only sister, was an esteemed member of the Yokai branch under the Kawon, and is twenty years older than Elle herself. There are two sets of twins and one set of triplet boys within her family, and the triplets are identical. As Elle didn’t want her siblings to worry about her, the only ones in her family who know about her neuropathy are her mother, father, and eldest sister. With eleven boys in the same house with such a range of ages, chaos was bound to ensue.

Elle’s mother is a retired Kawon. In her day, she was feared far and wide across Faragal with her Earthshaker dragon that made her seem invincible. But one day, the dragon took ill, and when he had recovered from the disease, he was far past his prime as a Kawon’s dragon. Rather than continue struggling to be a Kawon with a dragon no longer at its full power, Elle’s mother retired while her name was still a legend and moved out to the country where she could get some peace and… well, not quiet. She had always wanted a family, so a family she made.

Elle’s father is a breeder, taking in many of the rarer creatures in the area to the sprawling farm that had been in his family for generations. As such, Elle has been exposed to all sorts of creatures, including but not limited to wingsnakes, griffins, phoenixes, and fae. Still, she never quite felt the same as when she was with her mother’s dragon bond, Reikon. Even in his weakened, older condition, the Earthshaker still gave off an aura of majesty, though now that he no longer had to work nonstop, there was an air of playfulness about him. Elle respected and admired that, and knew the path she wanted to take.

The older pair of twins joined the Yokai branch under their sister. The younger pair are mid-ranking Kawon with a swamp dragon and a sand dragon respectively. One died trying to get there with them. The triplets took completely different paths and chose to pursue politics, a ways away from home, towards the heart of the country. Elle’s youngest brother is still in grade school, and the last one is planning to take over their father’s business of breeding once he becomes too old. But still, when everyone is at home, prank wars are incoming and chaos inbound.

Elle’s favorite sibling is the youngest of the triplets (by thirty-seven seconds), though she wouldn’t admit it to anyone.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Katani
Gender: Female
Race: Albino Amphiptere (unclassified)

Element: Psyche
Link abilities: As a psychic dragon, Katani is able to connect directly with a person’s brain, so long as (with their bond’s help) the thought or idea of the person is concentrated on with a focus of one or more of the red orbs on the dragon’s body. Once the condition is met, either the dragon or their human bond may cause the person in question to experience extremely realistic hallucinations. This can be used on a group of people, as long as the group instead of the individual is focused on.

Telepathy and telekinesis does not require the focus that illusion does, though, unless the telekinesis is being used to control a living being. “Telepathy” is less talking through minds and more making impressions and gaining impressions through images of thought. If a person does not want anyone to know something, neither the dragon nor their bond will get any impressions at all alluding to the thought’s existence.

Telepathy can occur in more detail once the subject realizes their mind is being contacted, and is open to the contact. If they do not want to communicate, both dragon and human bond will be forcefully removed from the subject’s head. The dragon and the human can communicate with different people at the same time, but will give both migraines upon release of contact.

Appearance: lmao I felt inspired so I sketched a lil smth smth

A pure, brilliant white. Covered in scales for the most part, but wings and underbelly are made of soft, fine feathers that seem to shimmer in a myriad of colors, dependent on the light, though they generally take on hues of gold, pink, purple, or blue. Golden horns. Red, glasslike orbs are the focus of power. Piercing ice blue eyes.

Personality: Shy and antisocial, Katani doesn’t like going out unless necessary. She prefers to stay in as small a form as possible, and likes to hide in Elle’s outer clothing with nothing but her wings and head poking out. Being shy and antisocial does not mean being meek by any means, however; Katani bites, and she bites hard. Attempting to pet her is not recommended unless you want to lose a finger or two.

Name: Sachiko Yamamaki
Gender: Female
Appearance: Sandy brown hair, clouded green eyes, and a light dusting of freckles across her pale cheeks. She’s got a very delicate build, small and slight, and has been sheltered and looked down upon her whole life due to her blindness. Despite her weakness, she craves adventure, and tries to run away from her sheltered home whenever possible, attempting to escape her mother’s watchful gaze. She never wears shoes, and her clothes are often too big, her hair unkempt, much to her mother’s dismay.

Personality: Smart-aleck at best, impossible at worst. Doesn’t listen to anyone, and gets into trouble all the time. Wants adventure, and is willing to go to any lengths to get it.
Weapon: Johyo (aka rope javelin)
Backstory: Sachiko lived a fairly normal life; her mother stayed at home and her father was a samurai. But when he died on a mission, her mother became paranoid, becoming the literal definition of a helicopter parent, keeping Sachiko away from other children, tutoring her at home, keeping her sheltered from the world due to her blindness. She swore that her daughter would never become a Kawon.

God knows that’s never gonna work.

Sachiko craves adventure, and continually snuck out of the house, seeking out the forests and the mountains. Every time, she was found and brought back before she could go too far. But this time would be different. This time, she would make a friend. This time... she was going to sneak out to take the entrance exam, and finally be free.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Asper
Gender: Male
Race: Drake
Element: Earth
Link abilities: Can manipulate all inorganic materials, as well as boost physical strength. Sachiko found her sight in the ground, and bonded quickly with Asper without problems, using her abilities to sense vibrations and “see” with her sense of touch.
Appearance: Bronze in color. Covered in long, bristling spikes that can lie flat like scales or stick up like spines. Large claws and a long forked tail. Kind of a boxy head with a forked tongue as well.

Personality: Being wingless has left Asper defensive and hot-headed. His fierceness is unrivaled, though his temper gets away from him at times. When pitted against an opponent he can’t beat, he gets frustrated and sloppy. Sachiko’s level-headedness is the only thing that can calm him down, though in the beginning, he just lobs a rock at her head and calls it a day.

She had always wanted a family, so a family she made.

Elle’s father is a breeder, taking in many of the rarer creatures in the area to the sprawling farm that had been in his family for generations. As such, Elle has been exposed to all sorts of creatures, including but not limited to wingsnakes, griffins, phoenixes, and fae. Still, she never quite felt the same as when she was with her mother’s dragon bond, Reikon. Even in his weakened, older condition, the Earthshaker still gave off an aura of majesty, though now that he no longer had to work nonstop, there was an air of playfulness about him. Elle respected and admired that, and knew the path she wanted to take.

The older pair of twins joined the Yokai branch under their sister. The younger pair are mid-ranking Kawon with a swamp dragon and a sand dragon respectively. One died trying to get there with them. The triplets took completely different paths and chose to pursue politics, a ways away from home, towards the heart of the country. Elle’s youngest brother is still in grade school, and the last one is planning to take over their father’s business of breeding once he becomes too old. But still, when everyone is at home, prank wars are incoming and chaos inbound.

Elle’s favorite sibling is the youngest of the triplets (by thirty-seven seconds), though she wouldn’t admit it to anyone.

Gender: Male

Appearance: Qi Xiang is from Asian descent, He has black hair, fair skin and dark blue eyes. He wears a blue tunic, black leather pants, brown boots, with a chestplate on the top of the tunic and knee-caps on his leggings. He has a sword pack on his back where his sword is placed.

Personality: Qi Xiang is a polite kid, and he also has good manners. Though, Qi Xiang is very serious and will do everything in his power to keep on track of his mission. Qi Xiang is also very loyal to his friends, and Qi Xiang will do his best to defeat the enemies needed. Qi Xiang is serious about his training, even if he tires himself out, he will complete his full training to become stronger. It also seems like Qi Xiang understands what Shen Long is doing, as they have been friends for longer than 5 years.

Weapon: His weapon is a katana, with a dragon painted across the blade. With Chinese letters on the handle, which says "Loyalty, Trust, Hope". The blade is made out of jade, which is why Qi Xiang calls it, "Jade Dragon".

Backstory: Qi Xiang's family had lived outside the city outskirts, His father and mother was a Kawon, which meant that they weren't home much. Though, Qi Xiang always had a babysitter come around while his parents were gone. When he grew older, his mother had died due to an unknown sickness.

Soon, His father had taught him how to use swords. His father had given the "Jade Dragon", as it was a family heirloom, which most of his family used since long ago. Since that day, Qi Xiang had trained with his sword non-stop, until he was able to defeat his father in a friendly duel.


Name: Shen Long (Named after an Oriental Dragon of the rain and winds)

Gender: Male

Race: Oriental Dragon

Element: Wind

Link abilities: Shen Long is able to summon small typhoons and whirlwinds, which cannot destroy houses, though can destroy carriages and injure people.

Appearance: Shen Long is a green dragon with red underbelly. It's eyes are ocean blue, while it's claws are gray as metal. Shen Long, or any eastern dragons have no wings, somehow being able to still fly. He also has something like a mane on his head, which is colored yellow, though it's well groomed. When Shen Long is being cast into battle, he is more than 8 feet in length, though when he's resting, Shen Long will be the size of a teen's head.

Personality: Shen Long is serious in nature, but he is also still a bit of a troublemaker. Though Shen Long is caring, and protective, He won't hesitate to attack an enemy if he is being attacked. Though he isn't passive, Shen Long is quite nice to other living beings.

Name: Felix Winter.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: 5'10 tall with blond, almost white, hair. An athletic build and dressed in a thief's outfit (think Assassin's Creed but he keeps the hood off unless he's doing stealth missions) for his combat uniform. For his normal clothes, he wears typical farmer attire.
Personality: He loves to prank. He’s sympathetic towards everyone and want everything to be fair, but knows that it’s not always possible in this world.
Weapon: Two daggers.
Backstory: Felix is the bastard son of a lord (meaning that he was born outside of marriage) and as such, he was disliked by his father’s wife who didn’t like that the father had cheated on her (obviously). Feeling ashamed of what he had done, Felix’s father sent him away to be raised by farmers (as Felix’s mother passed away as she gave birth). This was also a cover-up for Felix’s existence as if it came out that he existed, the family reputation would never be the same. He still wished for Felix’s well-being so he provided the new family with good economics during poor conditions for farming. Felix have never met his real father. The new family was friendly and made sure he could pull his weight and more. The family already had an older son who would inherit the farm so Felix was free to choose another profession. Being intrigued by the stories of dragons, he set his mind to one day become a dragon rider, something that his “parents” informed the father of who was delighted to hear this. He hired a personal combat trainer for Felix so that he wouldn’t be left in the dust. Unbeknownst to Felix, he has a sister who was not born under the same conditions.

Name: Frost.
Gender: Female.
Race: Norwegian Ridgeback (it's from Harry Potter, but this one is smaller and doesn't breathe fire).
Element: Ice.
Link abilities: As a last resort, she can freeze everything and everyone around her in a 20 meter radius, be it friend or foe (though it takes a while and a lot of concentration to cause this burst of ice). As a more balanced ability, she can cause opponents to freeze on the spot. And of course she has an ice breath.
Appearance: Like a normal ridgeback (but a bit smaller) only her scales are white, blue and purple, symbolizing her element.
Personality: Frost is a pretty calm dragon, though she wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who appears to be a threat to her or Felix unless Felix says otherwise. She has complete trust in Felix and cares for him like a brother.

Name: Aki Mashimo
Gender: Female
Appearance: Aki has long brown hair reaching down to her waist. She has green eyes and is 5 feet and 7 inches tall. Pretty much everything about her screams “beautiful” as she cares much about looking presentable. She typically dress in a white kimono with a floral pattern and as for her combat outfit, she has the same style as her brother except it is also floral patterned.
Personality: She’s not quite evil, though she would definitely be described as mean, spoiled and selfish. She cares much for her family’s legacy. Despite this, she does care about her father and wants to meet her long-lost brother Felix. She carries a distaste for Farangalians.
Weapon: A katana which she’s well-trained in.
Backstory: Aki grew up as the daughter of a lord, believing herself to be the only child for many years. Her mother had gone a little crazy after the father’s “little mistake” and started to treat Aki as a princess. The mother fell ill when Aki was 11 years old and died. After a grieving period her father sat her down and told her something that he wouldn’t have been able to do as long as the mother was around, the fact that Aki had a brother. Having been an only child she was thrilled by these news and asked if she could meet him. Her father said no very firmly. She was not to either meet her brother or to ever speak of him as it would ruin the family reputation. Aki decided that she would meet him anyway one day. Though she agreed with her father that she should never speak of it. One day, she heard her father talk to some “commoners” about her brother going to join the School of Dragons and become a dragon rider. This was a goal she had set for herself as well but hadn’t come around to speak with her father about yet. Now she knew that he wouldn’t allow such a thing to keep the siblings apart so she decided to keep quiet about it until she was already enrolled, when her father could do nothing about it. When the “commoners” we’re leaving, she made sure to follow them so she could find out what her brother looked like. At the farm, a boy in her own age greeted the “commoners” and Aki assumed that was her brother. She quickly went back to the mansion so it wouldn’t be noticed that she had been gone.

Aki’s dragon:
Name: Kasai (means fire)
Gender: Male
Race: Wyvern
Element: Fire
Link abilities: Of course fire breathing. He can also set parts of himself ablaze for more devastating melee attacks. His strongest ability is to create a big fire ball which would explode upon contact. The blast radius is about 20 meters. This one takes time.
Appearance: (Oof I’m terrible at making appearances for dragons) He’s colored maroon-red and stands at the height of 18 feet when fully grown. His wings are leathery but his skin is scaly. He’s 23 feet long and his wingspan is 27 feet.
Personality: He’s basically a cat (though unlike a cat, he does listen to Aki’s commands)

Name: Mitsuru Boreas
Gender: Male
Appearance: Mitsuru stands at 5'8" with fair skin, dark Blue eyes and dull dark Blue short hair, both a common trait among his family. His attire consists of a Black Montsuki with hints of White, above this, he wears a White Haori jacket with a Blue wind like design along the back and wooden sandals. On the left side of his Montsuki's belt is a sky blue katana scabbard.
Personality: Mitsuru is a calm and quiet individual who looks like he wouldn't give things a second look, although once you get to know him, he tends to seem a bit friendlier than one would expect and displays a decent amount of loyalty to people he likes. When it comes to combat, he tends to be level headed to a point where it could be mistaken for indifference. He hates loud noises and wouldn't hesitate to tell someone to shut up if they're being "too loud."
Weapon: A custom crafted Katana with a dark blue hilt and throwing daggers.
Backstory: Mitsuru comes from a long line of proud samurai warriors who lived in the nomadic clan known as "Burutenpesuto" (Blue Tempest). Mitsuru's parents were determined for Mitsuru and his four older sisters to be strong just like them and were force to undergo training every day, this didn't mean they didn't love their children however, although they tended to pay more attention to his sisters rather than himself, this caused Mitsuru to push himself to dangerous levels during training, much to the worry of his sisters (even though one didn't show it) and they decided to notify their parents. Their parents felt a sense of guilt and decided to try and pay a bit more attention to Mitsuru to make up for their mistake, Mitsuru took time to forgive the ignorance of his parents though. One day, Mitsuru learned about the School of Dragons and decided to enroll, hoping this would be his chance to get even stronger and become a warrior his entire clan could be proud of.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Fujin
Gender: Male
Race: Western Dragon
Element: Air
Link abilities: When Fujin is close with Mitsuru, Fijin can turn the pockets of air beneath Mitsuru in to platforms to walk on or use as shields to block incoming attacks. These "Solid air platforms" look and behave like glass, but are said to be stronger than steel.
Appearance: Like usual western dragons Fujin has four legs and large wings, his eyes are a bright Green and his scales are a stunning Silver shade with hints of blue closer to it's underside and spikes, his head has two large horns that slightly curve upward and smalls spikes that roughly form a crown, he has more spikes that mainly appear on his tail and sides of his legs. In terms of size, Fujin's size when fully grown up is said to be twice or three times larger than a full grown horse.
Personality: Fujin is a calm dragon who tends to be rather protective of Mitsuru, ready to attack whatever even so much as looks like it might threaten him. While he displays a calm and loyal persona towards Mitsuru and members of his family (to a degree), he is usually very lazy and stubborn around other people.

Name: Sazuki Horoda
Gender: Female
Appearance: Sazuki is around 5'5 tall girl with a slim build and a fair skin, her hair is a bit messy long to about a shoulder lenght and blonde, almost white. She usually wears a white, easy to move clothing with Silver or blue highlights.
Personality: Sazuki is usually a calm, Calculating person that doesnt take unnecesary risk and tries not to get involved in something she may not understand or situation where she may be put in danger without a clear Control over it. She may see cold at times, yet she is kind-hearted and enjoys a lot a time she spend with her friends everyday.
Weapon: the gloves
Backstory: Suzuki was a daughter of a Samurai that lived peacefully in the Village on the edge of the nation. She tended to meet often with a son of the Village elder that was often called a monster due to his Mother being a Yokai. The boy often played with her as he had no other friends and declare her as his Blood Sister from that day. When Village elder was close to his death, he had to hide his son from being attacked by villagers. Sazuki promised to help So she went to Derigon no Gakko and become a Kawon.

Dragon Sheet
Name: Syrious
Gender: Male
Race: Western Dragon
Element: Space
Link abilities: Syrious posses a powerfull breath attack which allows him to erase i organic mattery and anything On the way of his blast that has around 3 meters radious and range of over 300 meters. Tho it doesnt sound like something big, unless you dodge it there is no way to avoid demage of the attack. Suzuki is capable of using this ability with her gloves when she is not too far from Syrious.
Syrious is also capable of making one at a time bubble in Space that protects him or someone else from the attack and can enchance Suzuki phisical capabilities when not too far away. Syrious cant use breath attack and bubble defense at the same time.
Also, untill he reaches adulthood he can only destroy inorganic matter with his breath attack and its distance is shorter by half.
Appearance: a black dragon with 4 legs and 4 wings, which the second wing pair is used for more acrobatic and precise movement in the air, Syrious comparing to rest of his body has a rather small head but a very long and powerfull tail with long spikes and hardened scales that he uses like a mace in combat.
Personality: Syrious is usually a calm and quiet type of a dragon, listening to Suzuki without a second of doubt and aiding her with anything she needs from him. He sometimes tries to play with other dragons too.

Surely the mystery man wouldn't be that careless, and finally the actual link ability. It's a bit too much for this rp, to merge with a dragon just doesn't seem like something that would happen. So I'm going to deny it for now.

@Clite of Dragonbow alrighty, everything looks fine except the link abilities. It's very op to be able to erase space and anything, unless you were to change it so it was only inorganic material that was erased and then later on in the rp we can let it erase anything. Only saying this since at the start a baby dragon that can erase everything off the bat is a recipe for disaster. Apart from that it seems perfectly alright.



I think that is indeed everyone. The entrance exams will be the same as last year, get an egg off a mountain or die trying.

@Clite of Dragonbow alrighty, everything looks fine except the link abilities. It's very op to be able to erase space and anything, unless you were to change it so it was only inorganic material that was erased and then later on in the rp we can let it erase anything. Only saying this since at the start a baby dragon that can erase everything off the bat is a recipe for disaster. Apart from that it seems perfectly alright.



I think that is indeed everyone. The entrance exams will be the same as last year, get an egg off a mountain or die trying.
