Open Champions Tournament

Plot: Champion Rowland of the Kalos Region is inviting the five other champions of the Pokémon World to meet up at Lumiose City and meet the People of the Kalos Region (Maybe even battle a few) they will then have a tournament to discover who the strongest champion is...
Rules and Bans:
Basic Rules:

• You may not have more than one of the same species of Pokémon.
• You may only have one Mega Pokémon (You may have other pokemon that CAN mega-evolve, they just may not hold a mega stone).
  
• You may only have one level 100 Pokémon and it MAY NOT be your legendary or mythical.
  
• You may not have your character be an already existing character in the Pokémon Universe (Ex: your character being Cynthia, the Champion of the Sinnoh League).
  
• Once another character in the forum has one of these Pokémon (All forms) you may not have one.
• Once there are six champions, you may not be a champion, you may however, be a gym leader or elite four member.
  
• You may only have one shiny Pokémon.

• You must tell them exactly what their character is doing.

Aside from this, all other Pokemon RP Forum Rules Apply (ESPECIALLY no Mary Sues or Gary Stus "Characters who are unbelievably perfect and 'special' to the point the laws of the universe seem to bend to accommodate for them. Note that a strong and talented character is NOT necessarily a Sue - you don't have to start your characters off as beginners or weaklings - but keep it believable. Champion Rowland was waiting at the Kalos Metro Airport for the champions of th other regions to arrive. He was very excited to meet them in person, and one-hundred times more excited to battle them! He simply couldn't wait!

Logan stood proudly at the Pokémon League, Chic-Chic at his side. He was remembering his old pal, who had been with him. "Thanks to him, I overtook Lance as champion." Logan says. Suddenly his Pokewalker rings and he answers it.

"Logan, right?" Rowland asked, "I'm so excited for you to come here to Kalos I've booked a hotel here in Lumiose. I hope you can get to the Kalos Metro Airport soon!" Rowland exclaims excitedly, "I've been stuck here all day signing autographs. Oh I'm so excited for when you finally get here!!!"

Logan hangs and says, "Chic-Chic, come on." He puts Chic-Chic back in her ball and sends out Rock the Hydregon. "To Lumious." he says. Rocky flies to the Pokémon Center, where people are holding up signs that say, "Rowland!" Logan laughs and says, "I know the feeling."

Rowland sits in the airport waiting. Maybe I should call Logan to see where he is Rowland thinks. Rowland calls Logan and tells him that he is in gate B2...

Logan heads over to Gate B2 and sees Rowland. "Hey." Logan says. He lets out all his Pokémon. Chic-Chic the Meganium, Zeke the Porygon-2, Rocky the Heidragon, Killer the Nidoking, Drac the Milotic, and Maxie the Camerupt.

Jake the Sinnoh champion had arrived at the Kalos metro airport, his bag in one hand and a phone in the other
"Hey, um hi, I'm jake the new sinnoh champion" said the 21 year old as he approached the two other champions
"You must be Logan and Rowkand right? I've heard so much about you too"

Secondly, the original post's instructions on legendaries isn't valid, as it contradicts the RP rules. As in all 'Charms RPs, you can only use legendaries if you first get permission from a member of staff.

There are also restrictions about Mega Evolutions that this thread contradicts in the RP rules, aside from what Teapot already stated regarding Legendaries.

Remember: While you can set some of your own rules for your individual RPs, they cannot in any way, shape, or form contradict the rules appearing in this thread. Which you really should read, as this isn't the first time you've been caught violating them.

Yuri walked to not too far behind Jake. Being the person who lost to him, she came regardless as an elite four member. Seeing the three in front of her, she recognized Logan and Rowland from when she last saw them. She walked up to them," long time no see fellas."

"Oh, hi Logan, Jake, and Yuri!" Rowland exclaimed excitedly, as the Unova Champion, Sinnoh Champion, Sinnoh Elite Four member walked into Gate B2, "I'm just so hyped to see all you guys!" (They've only seen each other briefly at conferences.) , "Everyone, meet my Pokemon..." Rowland released his Pokemon from their pokeballs, "Meet Raine, the Politoed, Spectre, the Jellicent, Amanita, the Amoonguss, Serena the Arcanine, Alexandria the Gardevoir, and Zephyr the Zapdos!"...

"I can see why your the Kalos champion that team is very Kalos to say the least, back in sinnoh that team would be interesting to watch but hey all power to you if you beat your Pokemon league that way thats good for you" mumbled jake

Maybe by the time you get your rooms at the hotel, we'll have more champions and elite four members arriving."...

As per our rules, the use of legendaries in ANY RP thread on Pokecharms is subject to my personal approval. No such request was made. This isn't the first time you've attempted to use a legendary without approval in spite of being warned exactly about that. And since you clearly haven't read the rules yet - or at least seem to be blatantly ignoring them, you will be locked out of the RP boards for a duration of one week. Any further violations of the rules after that will lead to you being permanently locked out of the RP boards. Final warning, here and now.
