Next time read the stickies which appear at the top of every forum page. Le tutorial & Le Links would tell you almost everything you need to know. Once you've read all of those links, if you still need help, you could post a thread here - but with a lot more specific questions than "I was wondering how I make 1 of those sweet Pokemon comics!".
