While we already may have had a ton of information thanks to the E3 Pokémon X and Pokémon Y presentation and the E3 Nintendo Direct Broadcast, that hasn't stopped a load more showing up this afternoon in the form of Japanese magazine CoroCoro leaking. The leaks have revealed a further four new Pokémon, as well as the first Kalos Gym Leader and the name of the town we begin our adventure in.
First off the CoroCoro leaks have revealed four brand new Pokémon, who are as follows:
We have Shisiko, who is a Fire and Normal Type Pokémon, meant to be a small lion cub Pokémon, and knows a new move called Battle Cry which lowers the target's Attack stat.
Next up we have Furabebe, who is a pure Fairy Type Pokémon and can learn the Fairy Type move Fairy Wind.
The two pre-evolved forms of Vivillon, Kofuurai and Kofukimushi, have also been revealed through CoroCoro. Both are pure bug types.
The first Kalos Gym Leader has been revealed to be a Bug Type Gym found in Hakudan City. The Gym Leader is called Viola. It seems as though her Gym will be the one to feature the spider web puzzle we saw in the first trailer for Pokémon X andPokémon Y. On the scan below Viola is on the right, while the character on the left is called Pansy, who will be featured in an episode of the Pokémon anime along with Helioptile and Gogoat on the 18th of July. Helioptile and Gogoat will be the first of the sixth generation Pokémon to be included in the TV series.
The final scan shows off Tieruno, Toroba, and Sana who are all childhood friends of ours and live in the starting town called Asame Town. It has also been mentioned that the player will have a Rhyhorn living in their front garden. Dialogue boxes are seemingly colour coded to help players keep track of who is speaking if there are a number of characters around.
That's all the information we have for now, however it's worth keeping in mind that CoroCoro only started leaking this afternoon, so there could be more information to come!
