Creative Corner Rule Accessibility?

It takes a bit of jumping through links to try to find the Corner rules ^^; The only way I know to reach the Corner's rules would be if I clicked "create a work" and then click the very small rules link that pops up, and as I mentioned in chat with @StellarWind Elsydeon the font is actually smaller than everything else in the thing that pops up. It'd probably also be more helpful to be able to access the rules in fewer clicks/make the rules more visible somehow.

I dunno, just a suggestion. ^^;

The rules display extremely prominently if you don't have any works - you have to scroll through them to get to the create work buttons As for accessing them more easily after having works posted, I'll see what I can do.
