Name: Sir Ganastyr Galadriel II of the Isle Grindstorth of Amoria
Age: "Septimb'/r/ e 16th"
Personality: A proud and confident middle-aged warrior that never backs down from a fight. Ganastyr is also a cunning, intelligent man despite his size. He is a massive nationalist of his nation of Grindstorth and will stop at nothing to protect the ones he loves. He cares for his Pokemon deeply and holds a strong connection to the Gods that he believes in. Ganastyr, when not in battle, is a jolly man that enjoys nature and adventure; yet is a stickler for things being done the right way.
Appearance: A muscular man of nearly seven foot. He has a bearded, rigid jawline outlined by mahogany locks of hair that fall to his chin. Ganastyr wields a deep voice accompanied by a rich Scottish-English accent and inexplicably bright, blue eyes. His torso armor consists of steel plating, chain mail, tough leather, and a dark blue tunic. His back has an attached flowing dark blue cape. He wears leather gloves that are covered by steel gauntlets. His legs are covered with steel guards and tough leather. Finally, he wears a hood of chain over his head that is covered by a large, steel helm. The helm is fashioned with Braviary-like wings upon the side and, like most of his exterior armor, is adorned with shining silver.
Favored Weapon: Ganastyr wields a Buster Sword made from the purest of steels. Forged from the fires of Mount Sozin on the Isle of Grindstorth by his forefathers, this weapon strikes fear in it's enemies. With steel wrought from the ore mines of Grindstorth, Ganastyr’s sword relies on weight and a sharp edge to dispatch it’s foes. This sword's hilt is made of a tough leather that grips the palm tightly. The Buster Sword is a proud weapon of mass destruction; made for busting up the front lines of war, hence the name. Ganastyr's blade rises a foot taller than even he and weighs his double. This sword is known as Lucifer's Bane by some and is an artifact of legend.
Skills: Immense strength, planning, strategy, survival, natural leadership, sailing.
Flaws: Slowness due to his armor and stature, his thick accent causes others to not understand. Can be ornery and a stickler for doing things his way at times
Backstory: Ganastyr comes from a long line of battle heroes, lords, government officials, and leaders. As a way to protect his homeland, Ganastyr and his noble partner, Bouffalant, sailed across the sea to the mainland Amoria to join the ranks of the new militia. He has pledged himself to the King of the Mainland for now, even though Grindstorth is it’s own nation.
Partner Pokémon: Bouffalant

Armor: Bouffalant carries a large, crested steel helm to break through lines of men and Pokemon alike. It’s body is covered with steel plating and dark blue linen, the color of Grindstorth.
Ability: Reckless
Personality: A serious companion that fears nothing but fear itself. This able-bodied beast is capable of breaking the lines of battle and carrying it’s trainer, Ganastyr, with ease. In battle, this Pokemon may appear to be reckless, yet in reality it is just using the fighting style of it’s breed. This Pokemon is able to send a moving train off it’s track with one charge and is known as the Bash Buffalo Pokemon. Bouffalant still yields an injury from it’s childhood on it’s back-left leg. The bond between this Pokemon and Ganastyr is not bound by the confines of a Pokeball. They are equals and forever in debt to each other.
How they met: Ganastyr met his partner as a young, adventurous lad on Grindstorth. The herd of Bouffalant, one of Grindstorth’s natural wonders, had migrated across the valleys like every Summer for better feeding. Young Ganastyr came upon an abandoned calf with a weak, back-left leg when the herd left the fields for Winter. Ganastyr nursed the calf back to health in secret, for the interference of the herd was strictly prohibited. The Bouffalant never left it’s partner’s side since then and embarked on many journeys with him.
