"Lay low." Those two words were on loop in Papyrus's mind. "If there's one thing Sans is really bad at, it's laying low," he said quietly (it was kinda loud for a low voice), "But what if I'm found? Hopefully it's someone nice." "Hello," Papyrus heard someone say. Papyrus quickly put his hand...

The multiverse is in turmoil. Every possible universe is in danger. There are drones hunting us everywhere. In every universe. In every galaxy. In every system. On every planet. We have to lay low. But there's millions of us and only thousands of them. You'd think we can take 'em, but noooooooooo, if we go against one, we get swarmed. So we destroy one at a time, slowly and stealthily. But then there's a stupid "Master Drone" that destroys anyone who gets in its way. Guess we just gotta lay lower than we should.
1. Characters must be from an indie game (like Cuphead) or web animation (like Madness Combat).
2. Characters can use all their techniques and weapons, but there has to be some sort of limitation.
3. Basic Charms rules (shoulda been rule 1 but eh).
4. Rogue Drone OCs are OK, just don't make them too OP.
5. If an image is not yours, post it in a spoiler saying "NOT MY IMAGE".

Origin: Hades (2020 game)
Zagreus, the son of Hades, the god of the dead, seeked to escape his father's realm in the Underworld to find his mother, Persephone. He was aided by his adoptive mother Nyx, the Olympians and many inhabitants of the underworld, including Charon. Hades claimed that no escape was possible and constantly hindered Zagreus. Of course, Zagreus is revived in the House of Hades every time he is killed. Eventually, after defeating Hades and battling out of the Underworld, Zagreus reunites with his mother and, after a tearful reunion, realizes that since he is bound to the Underworld, he will die quickly. Zagreus promises to his mother that he will keep on escaping to spend time with his mother. Over the course of these visits, it was revealed that Hades was "given" Persephone by Zeus as a reward for ruling over the Underworld. The two had a loving marriage, until Zagreus was stillborn due to the Fates having decreed that Hades would never have an heir. Persephone ran away in grief, but refused to return to her birthplace on Olympus, which she disliked due to the constant bickering of the Olympians. Zagreus was eventually brought back to life by Nyx after she made a deal with the Fates. Persephone refused to return to the Underworld because she feared retribution towards Hades if the Olympians discover the truth about her disappearance. Zagreus eventually convinced Persephone to return to the Underworld and they are ferried back to the House of Hades by Charon. Persephone resumed her duties as Queen of the Underworld and Hades, now with a renewed respect for his son, allowed Zagreus to continue his escape attempts under the guise of finding security vulnerabilities in the Underworld. In an epilogue, Persephone tells Zagreus of her idea of reconciling with the Olympians by inviting them all to a feast in the House. At the feast, they claim that Hades and Persephone eloped and had Zagreus, while saying that due to her having eaten Underworld pomegranate seeds, she can only leave the Underworld a few months out of the year. The Olympians readily accept this explanation, though it is implied they know the truth and simply wish to move on. With everyone reconciled, Zagreus' duties to escape his home continue.

Name: Papyrus
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Sexuality: "WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN?"
Origin: Undertale (2015)
Backstory: Sometime before the events of Undertale, Papyrus and his brother showed up one day in Snowdin and asserted themselves. Sometime after that, Papyrus became friends with Undyne and began training with her. Papyrus first appeared in Snowdin Forest, where he arrived to check up on his brother. After learning that Sans had not made any progress over eight solid days, Papyrus, ignorant of the human hiding nearby, berated Sans for not recalibrating his puzzles. He then delivered a long tirade to Sans that he will capture a human and become popular. Further in the forest, Papyrus met Frisk for the first time, though he initially confused them for a rock. Papyrus attempted to antagonize Frisk with puzzles and japes, but he eventually warmed up to them. He almost refused to fight them out of pity. Ultimately deciding that Frisk is friendly, Papyrus let them continue into Waterfall, advised them on how to exit the Underground, and offered either a hangout or a date back at his house depending on if Frisk flirted with him during his battle. When Frisk made their way into Waterfall, Papyrus attempted to sway Undyne from killing them; Undyne refused to yield, however, and Papyrus found himself obligated to help her. He called Frisk and asked them to confirm what they were currently wearing. Papyrus is loyal to both Undyne and Frisk by employing a ruse that backfired regardless of what Frisk did. Before Frisk's battle with Asriel Dreemurr, Papyrus rushed to intervene with the battle between Asgore and Frisk. He then met Toriel for the first time and becomes annoyed once she told him a pun. Flowey then restrained Papyrus and the rest of the monsters present with vines. Papyrus defended the protagonist from Flowey's bullets and stated his faith in the protagonist. As the battle went on and Flowey first turned into Asriel, then eventually took on his final form, Frisk was able to save his and Sans's Lost Souls by reminding them of their previous interactions and friendship. Papyrus discovers that there is no need for the Royal Guard anymore and proclaims that this is "THE WORST POSSIBLE ENDING." He also comments that Toriel is a "HUGE DORK." But in the end, all his dreams came true.
Appearance: Wait, who doesn't know what Papyrus looks like?
