Personality: Kenny is a pretty mellow guy, he could be considered lazy but in truth he is just old and grumpy and a little tired of his job. He does enjoy a good fight and absolutely adores cats. He doesn't trust birds and hates overly energetic people cause they are often far too loud.
Backstory/History: Grew up in a modest family, his father got him into boxing as a kid and he trained vigorously, he eventually decided to join the police force at the age of 20, he worked tirelessly for about 5 years before being made a detective and has continued to work as a excellent if not sometimes lazy detective for the last 30 years. He currently lives alone with 2 cats.

The Chapterhouse:
  • Bio
    • The Chapterhouse is a mysterious religious group that began deep in the city’s underbelly, but slowly grew until its tendrils reached even higher up into the government.
    • Their leader, The Herald, is a man of unknown age and origin. He began spreading his teachings over a hundred years ago. Despite his age, The Herald appears as young as he was the day he showed up in Eiropia.
  • Beliefs:
    • The defining feature of the Chapterhouse is their worship of a divine creature they call “The Judgment”. They tell their most important myth like such:
      • Before the coming of The Judgment, the world below was wretched and impure; full of sin and fleshly pleasures. And lo, their wicked ways caused an unjust war to break out among the nations. They fought amongst themselves for seven whole years, causing chaos and violence to become standard in the world. After this time, whose name was the Septet of Bloodlust, The Judgment did find it holy and righteous in his sight to descend upon the land. And behold, The Blinding Light did bring death and destruction upon the land below, and cleansed it of the impure. And from the ashes emerged the faithful, and they did ask of The Judgement, “How might we carry on your will in this New Eden?” So it was that The Judgment formed the Book of Worldly Flesh, and presented it to the most righteous of the faithful, and called his name The Herald.
    • They say The Judgment must be appeased with sacrifices, whether that be personal items or ‘the impure’.
    • They meet in derelict churches, mosques, and any other buildings of religious significance.
    • Chapterhouse’s main goal is to bring about the second coming of The Judgement, through a ritual they call the ‘Blinding Light’, the specifics of which are at this point unknown, except to members of the Chapterhouse.
