I use Power Items, Pkrs, Vitamins, and EVs to any stats of your choosing and Level selected Pokemon to level of your choosing.

Payment
My payment is through items and Pokemon, when you trade your Pokemon to me for training they will hold an item of my choosing and to receive your Pokemon back you must trade me a Pokemon of my choosing.
