In an alternate universe the world ended in 1940, well almost ended, a freak collection of natural disasters and atomic warfare caused 98% of the planet to be uninhabitable. In america there is only one civilization remaining, Arcadia, in Arcadia what remains of humanity lives life to the best they can, in this civilization the military is split into three core parts, The Scouting Legion, The Military Police and The Stationary Guard. At the age of 16 any able bodied man or woman is given the chance to be trained and placed in one of these regiments. Outside the walls of Arcadia lies No Man's Land, this is a desolate waste land filled with wild beast, zombies and on rare occasions mutations.

The current year is 1980, the Chancellor and his Government have received word that a small civilization has been located and a family of the Roosevelt bloodline has been found. The Chancellor requested a meeting and it was decided that 3 people from each of the regiments would be Chosen and sent out into No Man's Land to bring the Roosevelts to Arcadia. This was put in place so that no regiment could take soul responsibility for the rescue of the Roosevelts.

The Regiments:
Ranked among the most elite soldiers, they are tasked with venturing into No Man's Land to search for other civilizations, supplies and to deal with creatures located to close to the wall. They are viewed as being adrenaline junkies who aren't entirely sane.
The Military Police are in charge of keeping order inside Arcadia. They are also the bodyguards of the Chancellor and his Government officials. Only the top 10 recruits are able to join this regiment but they are generally corrupt due to the benefits received for there work.
The Stationary Guard is responsible for evacuating citizens if the creatures of No Man's Land breach the wall, they are also tasked with dealing with the creatures until the Scouts can provide assistance. They are sometimes considered to be lazy and incompetent as they don't have to do much very often.

Personality: Stiles was practically raised to be in the Scouting Legion, he isn't amazing at interacting with others and doesn't get a lot of jokes or sarcasm. But he is loyal and dedicated.

Personality: Bellamy is serious but also gentle and caring. He can become overly worried about his loved ones and friends. He is afraid of being abandoned.

Clothing Appearance: She mostly wears a shirt that only covers her right shoulder with black skinny jeans and black flats which wrap around her ankles securely. At work she wears something more suitable and more covered up mostly similar to a ninja outfit since she prefers light clothing. Her silver and black cross necklace is shown around her neck with bandages around her wrists,ankles, and stomach.
Personality: She is quite distant and slightly stubborn which can be a pain to handle. She only acts brave to hide her fear. She is also stern. Despite her stubbornness, she is a very understanding young lady who judges no one no matter who they are. She has trust issues but if you can gain her trust completely, she will protect you as if her life depends on it. She has a stragetic mind set. She is completely Sane despite the Regiment she is in but shows no mercy towards the creatures.

Personality: He is a brave young male who is gentle towards others. He won't hesitate to listen to other people's problems and also the safety of citizens. He is overprotective of his sister JC which can get out of hand sometimes but his sister reminds him about it. He won't show mercy to those who harm his sister.

Personality: Sobren is laid-back, sarcastic, but overall a pretty friendly guy with a strong moral code. Originally wanted to be part of the Scouts, but he was unable to keep up with all the effort the others had, and was sent to the next best thing.

Physical Appearance: He's a petite small man standing around the height of around 4 foot to 5 foot. He is rather slim, arms fairly muscled along with a strong leg, to which has been his most trusting combat part. He is small, an appearance of a child permanent along his features. At first glance and many more after that, no matter how much you look at Kino, he's a child. The only thing to prove you wrong on that matter, is the way he acts and talks, a cursing cussing machine, speaking words and having knowledge a child probably shouldn't have. His hair is a bright orange crown atop his head, the sun sparkling a yellow halo along the strands. His eyes is equally as vibrant, and he'd be lying if he said he didn't like the way they shine. The only thing he seems to despise himself, was how short he is, and his size, seeing that everyone that he meets seems to mistake him for a kid and it was hard for him to join any rank at all, since he appears like he has not yet reach the age to become one of them.
Clothing Appearance: His grandma, and old fashioned old woman had dressed him in an overly sized kimono, that droops to the point where the entirety of his shoulder is exposed, though there is a thin fabric of clothing to cover along the chest and back. He wears shorts, to make his legs seem longer, and high heels boots, to add on to his height. Because his leg is strong, he relies heavily on speed, and high heels seems to have no affect in slowing him down in the latest.
Personality: Kino is always a happy-go-lucky type of kid, with a childish attitude that aids him in charming his way through trouble whenever he gets into one. He loves animals, but loves his dog, Koi, the most and the two shares quite the connection. Usually seen with a sweet attitude, there's little to no way to hate such a child at first sight and is usually very likeable when you first met him. But its only after you get to know him to find out that he's actually quite blunt in his way of speaking, which at first was covered up by his kid like accent, so it wasn't noticable at first or wasn't taken seriously until you spend some time with the guy to realize he wasn't joking. He wouldn't hesitate to do things he wishes to and usually doesn't listen to others, showing out a stubborn side of himself. Since he's so vertically challenged, he's rather short tempered on that matter and will bite if you brought up the fact he's short. Quite mischievous, there's no doubt one day you'll get caught up in one of his infamous pranks, which usually includes dumping paint on you. Despite all this fun and games, Kino have a serious side, showing others that he knows way more than how his looks show. He appears to be 10, but talks as if he knew more than what a real 10 year should really should, which gets people questioning his age, whether he's just a really smart kid or is actually a short adult with a high pitched voice. People had asked him on that fact, but he claims he too, doesn't know his real age. Even though he obviously knew more than how he put on, he acts dumb, purposely so.

Other: He has a Shiba Inu puppy named Koi that he had chosen to bring along with him at all time, one which he had found when he was younger. He is not aware of his age, as he had spend most of his life alone and without a calender, so date is a dead topic to him. It was only until he was taken in by a lovely old lady that he started taking track. He had spend around 6 years with the lady now, and adding on to the years he spend alone, Kino likes to think he's somewhere along the adult age.

(I...might add Milo? He's always the one I choose for survivor kind of things haha. I want to get back to being active, so I'll join this another apocalypse rp lol.)

Physical Appearance: Skylar sports long, silky hair. It is a soft brown color, with honey highlights that are only really visible when she wears her hair down. When down, Skylar's hair reaches to just below her his; though she typically wears it in a high, tight ponytail. She has lightly tanned skin and a small frame; standing at around 5'3. Her face is round, with large features: plush lips, a round nose, and large eyes. Skylar's eyes are dark and slender, cat-like with black pupils.
Clothing Appearance: Skylar wears a loose black tanktop that is tucked into a pair of dark brown cargo pants that cut off about mid calf. She matches the outfit with a pair of large, black hiking boots and a puffy, black jacket with fur trim during cold weather.
Personality: Skylar is overall very mature and composed, some may claim that she is too tense and serious but she likes her personality just the way it is. Typically, she's a quiet girl who helps keep things running from the background but she certainly isn't afraid to speak her mind.

Physical Appearance: Kiara has a petite, short frame with a height of 4'11. Her skin is pale, quite contrasting to her other features. Her long dark-black hair ends at her thighs with slight waves. She has bangs, though they are lengthened on the left side and will sometimes fall to cover her left eye. Her eyes are also a dark black, and an unemotional look takes her face most of the time.
Clothing Appearance: Kiara's chosen look is a tight bodysuit that she pairs with knee-length lace-up boots, no matter the weather. She wears a small belt from which the rapier and dagger hang from their respective sheaths.
Personality: Kiara is quiet most of the time. She talks freely with limited people and gives her trust sparingly. She usually appears unemotional, but certain circumstances will draw out reactions. She can also fake personalities surprisingly well, though she doesn't choose to linger in one place for lengths of time. She does what she is told to do by the higher-ups, and lacks empathy at times as her moral compass has been pushed back a long time ago.

Physical Appearance: Aisha has shoulder-length pale blonde hair, almost white. Her left eye is a pale blue, while her right eye is a pale green. The two are similar shades, however, that are not startling obvious. She is of a 5'1 height with a relatively feminine body. She radiates a happy, carefree aura that seems to make her seem younger at times.
Clothing Appearance: Aisha wears a white crop-top with light-washed jeans. Though the length of her clothes changes by season, she usually sticks with her chosen pair of shoes, white sneakers. Her dagger sheaths hang off the white belt she wears, one on the left and one on the right.
Personality: Aisha is energetic at times but quiet at other times. She's very indecisive, often bouncing between ideas for hours at lengths before deciding on one. She's also impulsive and leads with her heart. However, when needed of her she will focus and make the decision she deems best, at a marginally faster pace than usual. She cares greatly for people, and will not hesitate to risk her life for even one person. She always tries to keep a smile on her face, with hopes that it would somehow brighten up someone's day.

But first I wanted to mention something, I have randomized the 'rankings' of each character compared to the others in their regiment.

@Gamingfan and @Keen Kitsune if you don't want your character to be the highest ranking of the three in there respective regiments, just say and I will change it.

Also to assist with starting I will say this, the scouts will be returning from patrolling outside the wall, the guards will either be at the gate or on the wall and the police will either be guarding one of the officials or patrolling the streets.

@Gamingfan and @Keen Kitsune either Aisha or Sobren need to be on the gate, whichever it is can you tell me so I can mention that character in my first post.
