Got the idea from being in one of @Cryronn the Mudkip's RPs- (I'm honest)

So uhhhhhh here goes nothing.



We hope this letter finds you in good times. You passed the entry test and, as such, you have been accepted into Frozen Lake Academy. There are 4 rooms in each dorm, en-suite (meaning every room has its own stuff) and all that other fancy stuff, including special adjustments for your powers. On the 18th of January, 2077, the school year at Frozen Lake Academy will officially begin and your dorm numbers and school division will be given accordingly. Until then, we will be waiting in London, UK.

Premise is simple; secondary school RP but every student involved could nuke all of Oceania, which has an area of 8.526 million square kilometers (3.292 million square miles), if they wanted and went to their absolute upper limit at the start. Other than that, the rules are incredibly easy to understand.​

1. Charms rules, of course.
2. Don't be an asshole for no good reason or I might bonk ya. Being bullied in the past is a valid reason.
3. Please be reasonable with power. No demigods, fallen angels or that shit until everyone's strong enough to nuke the Earth.
4. Be reasonable with phobias. Stuff like spiders, social interaction and the fact that the only infinite thing is time are fine, but time itself is just... why?

The 5 School Divisions aren't entirely essential to the plot, but they will determine the character's position in major sporting events, assemblies, etc.. Students will be placed into specific Divisions depending on their powers.
Students in the Jiangshi Division have offensive powers like elemental manipulation, explosions, enhanced strength, turning hands into big fucking miniguns, and the like, making them formidable in combat.

Characters: Michael Emery, Goku Norimaki
Students in the Qinglong Division have defensive powers like creating force fields, healing, creating walls, becoming walls, etc., and their job is to keep the team safe (or in some extreme cases, even alive).

Characters: (maybe) Mica Winchester
Students in the Huilijing Division have supportive powers like creating an infinite supply of items, energizing allies, building things, etc., and their job is to help their allies with things they might need.

Characters: Nia Kurashi, (maybe) Mica Winchester
Students in the Fei Division have speed- or time-related powers like slowing down time, speeding up time, increasing speed, decreasing speed, and the like, making them formidable even against Jiangshi Division students.
Students in the Sunwukong Division have one power that would normally put them in any other division, from every possible category. They're essentially the all-rounders of Frozen Lake Academy.

Power 1: Explosive Strikes - Everything he punches feels a bit of an explosion. The force depends on what he's punching.
Power 2: Control Gravity - He can manipulate the gravity of anything, including himself, allowing for flight.
Power 3: Explosion Manipulation - This goes without saying.

Power 1: Blinding - She can blind whoever she pleases for 5 minutes.
Power 2: Smoke Cloud - She can create a smoke cloud which blinds targets for as long as the smoke cloud remains. This won't blind Nia.
Power 3: Dark Force - She can summon beings made of literal darkness to help her in combat. These beings behave like elves in D&D.

Backstory: Goku never knew his real parents. He grew up in a foster family and, when he was five, he met Nia Kurashi. He made friends with Nia, surprisingly. As soon as he got word that he and Nia would be attending Frozen Lake Academy, he was so excited he nearly destroyed the house with nothing but his voice. His nationality is unknown, but most likely Japanese-American.
Power 1: Ki Manipulation - He can manipulate the Ki of basically anything around him.
Power 2: Explosion Fist - He can choose wether to create the force of an explosion with his fist.
Power 3: Unreadable - He cannot be read like an open book by anyone who would normally be able to.
Power 4: Hyper-Agility - He is incredibly fast and agile, and he can jump really high with little effort.

Other: He is adorably stupid and barely passed every class earlier in life.

Note: @Captain Cardboard's character in fact would fit into the Huilijing Division better than the Jiangshi Division. I thought about it. But he could also fit into the Qinglong Division. Subject to change, I guess.

Cunning and calculated, the mind of Samuel Fletcher is like clockwork. Tasks and goals are his focus, the teen almost having a robotic approach to them through his determination and dedication to complete them. He's a reserved individual, choosing to keep to himself but happy to interact with people. Social connections could be useful in the future after all.

Thoughts plague the psychic's mind. Regrets of the past, theories of the future and queries of the nature of the universe and humans. Its quite often that such long trains of thoughts will be interrupted by a person speaking to him or something happening, not that Samuel minds. He has somewhat of self worth issue which plays into his reserved nature.

Past the seriousness though there is an inner child, one who desperately longs to break free from such methodical ways of thinking and doing but is not quite sure how. Only around people he trusts will he attempt to indulge in this new desire, hesitancy leading to awkwardness, non of it ill willed.

Backstory: Samuel is a UK citizen of Irish descent, growing up in the county of Birmingham not to far from the main city. His powers manifested when he was around 7, his relatively normal family being amazed and impressed with the sudden development. Deciding to keep it quiet Samuel trained his power in quiet, working on finesse and subtlety as opposed to power. The child even deployed it whilst making his art, something he had a keen and growing interest in. Colourful works was his forte, getting a blank canvas and exploding it with colour was by far his favourite activity.

He was quite happy to designate his abilities to being just a really useful tool to help him throughout life until he witnessed a bank robbery. Without hesitation he intervened, trying his best to approach the dreadful situation methodically but being only 12 he was prone to mistakes. His vision was forfeit, Samuel suffering from horrendous eye injuries leaving him blind.

Dissuaded and disheartened he retreated for a while. It wasn't that he regretted what he did but merely how it had played out. He conveyed his feelings with his parents who eventually came up with the idea of sending him to Frozen Lakes after he figured out how to use his powers to see in a way.

Powers: Samuel is able to use an immense form of telekinesis which he has already begun training and testing throughout his life. With it he is able to move objects to his will, multiple at once and in different directions. The objects he moves or holds are surrounded by an orange aura of energy, the same energy appearing around Samuel and making his hair stand on end. The energy also culminates in his eyes leading to an orange glow, it's intensity depending on how much he is moving or attempting to move. There is of course caveats.

Different types of matter are more easier to move than others. Solids are the most easiest and what Samuel tends to stick too as he only has to worry about weight. The rest are pretty difficult. Liquids and gases take much more effort to control, Samuel having to actively hold it's form together as opposed to just moving it. Living matter is something Samuel struggles to hold with his telekinesis as well, mostly avoiding it unless the situation is dire. Even then he can't use it for long.

Whilst he can make constructs of this orange energy it is currently something he is not too good at and training to improve.

His powers also allow him to see, Samuel dubbing it 'Telekinetic sight'. By feeling his surroundings with constant waves of weak telekinesis he can essentially make a mind map, giving him a 360 degree view- even past walls! It requires a constant output of telekinetic energy so at times he will switch it off or focus it but otherwise he can focus it pretty far, excellent for scouting.

Their is some weaknesses to this vision. Colours aren't discernible at all and electronic screens will appear completely blank to him. If he focuses his telekinetic sight he's able to read books, the outline of ink on paper standing out to this vision.

Dislikes: Being blind, loud noises.
Relationships: Decent with his parents.
Phobias: Heights, drowning.
Division: Sunwukong

Nice! Accepted! Samuel will be placed in Dorm 8 with Goku, despite them having very different powers, but it could work. XD
