Requirements:
-Basic knowledge on Fullmetal Alchemist manga or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood anime
-Adequate grammar and spelling
This roleplay will be taking place at the same time as the main storyline (1914), so try to be diligent with having your character fit in with the timeline. Your character can't be a homunculus.
Please note that chimeras can't use alchemy. If your character is a State Alchemist, I'd like you to state your title given by the Fuhrer is (Ex. Edward Elric is Fullmetal) and your specialty as an alchemist. If your character is a chimera, please state their superhuman abilities.
I don't want to set too many boundaries, so I'll just jump right into the swing of things.

Occupation: [State Alchemist/State Soldier/Auto Mail Engineer, etc.]
History: [Not necessary, but recommended]
Name: Nestor Teloch
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Species: Human
Ethnicity/Nationality: Drachmian
Appearance: Although he's been out of service for months, he holds a strong resemblance to a soldier. His skin is pale and flushed with undertones of pink and much less prominent freckles dashing his cheekbones and neck. Most identifiable, perhaps, could be his mahogany-hued hair, kept in a tidy crew cut, and his perpetually rigid posture. His eyes are a muddy and grey shade of green, notwithstanding it's hard to make out his consistently contracted pupils when you stare at them. His figure is admittedly rather muscled, but his natural mesomorphic body type and military service are to thank for such.
A white dress shirt matched with a sleek black tie are visible beneath a massive coat crafted from bison's skin. A metal flask protruding from his pocket is glutted with vodka. Clothing his bottom half is a pair of grey pinstripes held up by black suspenders and scuffed steel-toed boots.
Personality: He's fathomably intimidating on first glance, as is paired with his stoic resting expression. Contrarily, when he's outside of the field of battle he's as clumsy and harmless as a young water buffalo. He's a good balance of introverted and extraverted, as seen through his ability to work well alone and with others. He loves children and expresses interest in being a father, but can't seem to find the time to settle down for more than a couple of weeks. He's slow to anger, but a force to be reckoned with when he is.
Occupation: Unemployed
History: Nestor was a State Soldier for Drachma for eight years before being declared as a traitor to the state. He was ordered to kill any Amestrians he caught a glance of, but began smuggling wounded soldiers and innocents back through the border to their own country in his later years. After becoming a wanted criminal, he abandoned Drachma and fled to Amestris in the hopes that they'd show him mercy for his past actions, but was jailed in Briggs under the assumption that he was an enemy spy. While the fortress was being attacked by a survey of Drachmian soldiers, he escaped farther down the mountains and used his knowledge from the military to survive.
At the moment, he's trying to find consultation with the Fuhrer in order to gain Amestrian citizenship and live without the fear of the Drachmian government seeking him out.
