More or less, this is just a starting point for all members who wants to write a piece of fiction. Should be simple to follow and fairly straight forward.
1) When writing chapters for fiction (Doesn't apply as much compared to poetry or such things that aren't as long), make sure each chapter is at least 3/4 to a full page in length in a Word Processing Document. We just don't really want to read a chapter composed of five lines. It really doesn't make the story flow that well.
2) When writing the actual piece of fiction, don't write as one huge block of text. It makes it quite hard to read. It also makes it hard to understand the story. Space out each paragraph. It looks better and will flow smoother.
3) Just as the global rules of Pokécharms ask, we expect posters to write in proper English (no net-speak). We also expect there to be as little grammar mistakes as possible to the best of your ability. For examples of basic grammar principles, see this topic.
4) Only post chapters when they are completely finished. No working on it in a post, then posting it saying that you will add more later. Completely finish it in a Word Processing Document, then post it as one complete chapter.
5) Don't bash someone's work. There is a difference between giving advice and critiquing someone's work to flat out insulting it.
6) This should be obvious, but it does have to be stated. There will be no tolerence for any sort for theft. For more information click here.
