DPPt/HGSS Help with Milotic

I have a third problem. (I have a lot of these problems lately. i don't know why, either) i don't know what to do with her. I migrated Milotic from Emerald, and i don't know what moves to teach her. She's modest, and in level 70. What do i do? Here are her moves:

Surf
Hydro Pump
Aqua Ring
Attract

I'd suggest you read this before posting anymore threads.
Your Milotic breaks one of the rules there ;p

Ice Beam
Surf/Water Pulse
Attract/Dragon Pulse
Recover

if you don't mind the inaccuracy of it, Hydro Pump is fine in place of Surf/Water Pulse
