How do I post a sprite to TCM?

I've recently got back onto Pokemon, and having played Alpha Sapphire, X, Sun, and Pearl, I decided that I want to submit a sprite to TCM...

Only problem is, I don't know HOW. Is there any way I can submit a sprite?
