How do you create a personalized picture?

I'm a little confused because it has a vertical bar there, and I'm used to having a horizontal one, whereas you can paste an IMGcode of a picture uploaded from a site like Photobucket.com. Help please.

And it confused me at first too, kosheh, but I think I figured it out ^^;

Anyways, the personalized picture bar you're looking at is actually broken at the moment. Usually that would be the list where all of the forums' hosted avatar images are found, but after the recent server move things got a bit screwed up.

What you'd really be interested in, though, are the horizontal bars below that for custom images, only you can't use one of those until you have at least 50 posts.
